I honestly think that Carrie could sing any song, good, bad or ugly and make a Multi-Platinum hit out of it. This girl is that good.

they are Manny country female country artist Like Reba Trishia they are all great Dolly Parton.
While this is a great version, it's the only thing I like of hers , she's a pop star not even in the same ballpark as Patsy cline, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Tammy Wynette Emmylou Harris , Shania Twain, Kacey Musgraves (best songwriter of them all) , Sierra Ferrell, Nikki Lane ,Margo Prices (early stuff)

Sadly this is much older and she did become conceited :( We all adored how humble, sweet, & almost relatable she was for a long while there. But after all of these years, it's definitely gotten to her head, in a big way! Such a shame.

Thing is if the Lord blesses something it cannot be undone or averted. If one has faith one must accept that the Creator is all powerful, all knowing, all capable. Folks being non believing in God does not bother me either. Faith being challenged is also part of God's plan. Even God has started over, been tested, even sacrificing his son. We don't live in heaven, we live on Earth, an imperfect people, striving with everything to move very, very slowly towards our perception of perfection. It allows for the sake of wisdom and testing. Believe or not, we are all here on a small, inconsequential ball of rock and it behooves us to cooperate, though we contend mightily and risk everything.
Fortunately we have people like Carrie to provide comfort in our travails.

Absolutely true!! I adore her, am amazed at her range, and her personal integrity. Proof of her gift, I think, is the fact that she was included with the much older female vocalists who took part in the induction of Linda Ronstadt into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. If you haven't listened to the several songs Carrie and these women sang in tribute to Linda, please google them. She does "Different Drum" alone, and they do "Blue Bayou," etc. Carrie is simply wonderful.

There are only two greater voices, Elvis and Karen Carpenter. That means they exceed others I've heard like Roberta Flack, Barbara Streisand, Willy Nelson, Paul McCartney, etc. Not talking sales, style, actual talent or song writing, just the ability to sing. Carrie is a fantastic singer. If you don't know or haven't heard Roberta Flack you have messed up.
