    Move to a place you can afford. Move to a place that will keep up with your breeding needs and food needs and government assistance needs and realize you were the mistake as a Parent and now, we are paying our taxes towards your mistakes. It is never too late to actually be an adult and pay your taxes and pay for your own Children... You made your plate, now eat it.
