When I first heard this song last year, I was in a really bad rut. I just graduated from uni, started my own business and people that I knew were bashing me left and right for being "stupid" to do this because it does not fit into their mould of "Normal". But listening to this song, at that point in my life, really pushed me to excel and push myself to succeed, to show all the haters, you can't push me down, YOU CAN'T KNOCK ME DOWN! Keala is a goddess with that voice. She has such a powerful voice. I found the sound through Kesha and when I saw it was sung by Keala Settle originally, I got all excited because I loved every minute of her in Waitress. Shes is so funny and has such a great voice.

People hated how she dressed, how she looked and everything else. She deserves just as much to be on this song more than anyone honestly.

This remake is so great!! I was worried that the backbone of this would be lost, but they kept Keala and just added even more authenticity. Keala's voice still sends the message straight to your bones but Kesha and Missy add such a great flavor. I love this!!
