New to watching these videos, as I love cooking, but it would be great to know what these foods are, most of us who watch are westerners, therefore we have no clue as to what it is....unless you've travelled, I haven't...so I suggest adding sub headings in the videos, thank you, great work!

最初のは台湾のキャベツ(レタス)焼きかな？ちょっと油多めだけど美味しそうね😄
２番目はエビの生春巻き？３番目の四角いのは何だろう…揚げた豆腐？パン？４番目は肉饅頭かな。
５番目は焼売？６番目はクレープかな？それぞれの値段もあると嬉しいですね。

Terry d, hahahaha..... Yeah they all look amazing. The first one with the eggs and veggies is oyster omelet. It's one of the popular dishes in Taiwan. Second one that looks like the ones on cheese cloth is called shrimp long pho. It is the influence from Vietnam to Taiwan. Next one is stinky tofu squares. They are really good and a national dish. Than you have confien/casket cake. This one I am unfamiliar with and looks boring to me. The next one is tandoor dumplings, influenced by India. Next is Chinese traditional dumplings, I love those! Than you have the next one that I don't know what it is, but I know it is also influenced by either India or the Middle East. Enjoy!
I had a good friend from Taiwan who wanted me to go home with her on a vacation, I should have gone! Thanks for explaining what these foods are, they really make it look easy to prepare them, but I can just never make it as good. Love these videos! Have a wonderful day!
Well it will be wonderful to visit. In sure it has changed a lot. I'm hoping to make a trip back soon. Besides I get hungry all the time looking at these videos and do wish it was accessible to me. Where in Taiwan are you from?
I'm not from Taiwan, but my good friend is. Her and her husband own a hotel where I used to stay a lot and we became good friends. Haven't seen her in a long time now, miss her. She invited me to go home with her and stay with her family in Taiwan, but my schedule wouldn't allow it at that time. Wish I'd have gone now. LOL
Oh okay. Yeah Taiwan is an amazing place when its not in typhoon season or the summer heat. We have a lot of exotic fruits, vegetables, meats and snacks that are really good. If you like this video and its food than do check out "Strictly Dumpling" by Mike (Mikey) Chen, "Migrationology" by Mark Wein, and another one by Samuel and his girlfriend. They all have awesome videos and makes me hungry every time when I'm watching it. That is where I would watch the videos and eat my own food. Lol

Ok, I'm ready to go to Taiwan. It looks so yummy! Why, why, why? Don't any of the hundreds of Chinese/Taiwanese restaurants in San Francisco serve food like this?! Instead they all serve the same boring stuff.

而且在高級的餐廳廚房裡的運作又是另一回事了
這位手抓完直接抹身上也東抓西抓，漿粉都還沒微凝固，就開始亂翻，蛋液潑灑的整坨流出外面，沙拉油拼命狂倒。是不尊重自己販售的食物才這樣的吧～
夜市攤位或是店面，甚或路邊攤尊重食物的老闆還是很多的，因為小吃就覺得很正常，不是這樣的吧。吃不吃順遂人意，我只是看到喜愛的食物被糟蹋，外國人以為蚵仔煎就是這副德性感到有點小衝動罷了。認為幾十元小吃就該不入流嗎？也太奴性了吧。
