Im a teacher who couldn't afford private schools & was a weak student in government school.

We'll I use something similar to memorize my memory is pretty good so when I was little I just used to read the answer and done but now as the answers are really long first I read the answer 3-4 times and learn line by line or if its a paragraph convert it in pointers it is science or sst it will be easier as the answer is shorter but I included all the points

Simple step 1 step, with full intrest read the answer twice or thrice ,search and write the meaning of the word which you don't know the meaning of step 2 try to say the answer step 3 byheart it 4 times and read like ur teaching to somebody thats it you are done with it

Whether it's a science subject ar an arts it's not abt memorizing q/a but rather it's about reading and learning the chapter thoroughly. Once u have done so u can practice(solve urself n definitely not memorize) questions from ncert, reference book Or question banks.
