Beef Skewer is a very famous street foods in Cambodia. In this video I shared with you the Chicken Skewer and I also made Asian Cabbage Salad. If you like chicken, you will like this Chicken Sticks. 💕
✨Khmer Kroeung
▪️ Galanga - 3-4 slices
▪️Kaffir Lime Leaves - 6-7 leaves
▪️ Lemongrass- 2 Tbsp
▪️ Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
▪️ Garlic- 8 Cloves
✨ Marinade Chicken Thighs
▪️ Boneless Chicken Thighs - 1kg
▪️ Khmer Kroeung - ( Above Recipe ) - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Salt - 3/4 Tsp
▪️ Sugar - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tbsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
▪️ Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
✨ Asian Cabbage Salad
▪️ Thin Sliced Cabbages - 1Kg
▪️ Sliced Cucumber - 1x
▪️ Shredded Carrot - 1 large
✨ Pre-made Sauce for cabbage Salad
▪️ Lime Juice - 1/3 Cup
▪️ Sugar - 1/2 Cup
▪️ Salt - 1/4 Tsp
▪️ Vinegar- 1 Tsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Minced Garlic, Shallots and some chillies
