我哋香港星斗蟻民，唔係集團式經營。如果投資英國物業出租，假設同樣係壞架熱水爐，定壞架暖器，無論層樓價係 £100K? £300K? £500K? 樓價越平，例如£100K果間即係死梗，唔會因為你樓價平，所以維修費平啲，維修費佔租金、樓價百分比太高！我哋亦難以轉嫁他人，唔係集團式經營

經濟學上最基本係 Demand & Supply，片中集中只講 Demand 係片面，咁 Supply 呢？我見潛在 Supply 係海量，甚至海嘯式供應，尤其係 Manchester 同 Birmingham。香港地少人多，英國相反係地多人少，個城市唔夠用，咪畫大啲囉～ 就係咁簡單，香港唔可以。當 Supply 蓋過 Demand 即係無用。

this budget (without mortgage) maybe warrington.

no income normal case cannot lend anything, unless some bank with special high interest maybe ok.
