How long was the presentation we are going in may!?
Started at 10 am then presentation
They had free breakfast
Got out after 3pm
First offer 125000
Did 6 or 8 more offers
Had to talk to three or four people to try on lower offers high pressure sales
Then finally after repeated saying no
We got 160
Nice place but never could afford to pay all that to use their place and not own and still have to pay fees every year
@@Mr_Oh_Wow I can’t believe it was 5 hours long thats a long time!!!! It looks like a beautiful place though hopefully they don’t keep us for 5 hours and just three hours! Thank you for making a very descriptive video of the preview process!!
