Compared to Noida, Gurgaon feels like a proper developed city. This might be due to the fact that Gurgaon highrises are densely packed on both side of the road unlike Noida which has random scattered buildings. Gurgaon can be a truly world class city if it implements cycling track, sidewalks, landscaping, and maybe a downtown of commercial supertalls.
