    ●Ingredients
    2kg perilla leaves
    160cc soy sauce
    200cc soy sauce
    2 tablespoons sugar

    4-5 tablespoons anchovy sauce
    minced garlic
    minced green onion
    minced ginger
    red pepper
    red pepper powder
    ●How to make
    1. Wash the perilla leaves cleanly in running water, then boil them in salted water for about 3 minutes
    2. Let the blanched perilla leaves cool and drain
    3. Straighten the wrinkled parts of the well-cooled perilla leaves, and squeeze out any remaining moisture
    4. Finely chop the onion and green onion, cut the green and red peppers in half, remove the seeds, and thinly slice them Cut it
    5. In a bowl, add 160cc of soy sauce, 200cc of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 ladle of plum extract, 2 tablespoons of tuna extract, 4-5 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, minced garlic, minced green onion, minced ginger, red pepper, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, and sesame seeds and mix well
    6. Layer 2 perilla leaves and pour the seasoning little by little

    7. Put it in a container and store it in a cool place
