Tamil Youtuber’s Gender Reveal Party For Unborn Baby Lands Him In Legal Trouble | India Today News

- Tamil Nadu health department has issued a notice to a popular Tamil TH-camr and food vlogger, Irfan, for revealing the gender of his unborn child in a video he posted on his social media channel, officials said.
The gender reveal party, which was organised by the soon-to-be father has led to legal action against him for violating the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PC-PNDT) Act.
The State Enforcement Officer and Director of Medical and Rural Health Services issued a notice to Irfan for breaching the Act, which prohibits the determination and disclosure of an unborn baby's gender in India.

I could see over population only in families who gave birth to first girl child. They are attempting and again ending up in 2-3 girl children. As middle class families, they need sons to take care of them at last days. This shameful society won't let the daughters to live life on their own. Daughters should go to in laws place. Thats the respect for the parents. This is how they potray. Sons family will be happy. Certain countries has its own rules and you should respect yours. generations of generations Indian people were showing gender bias showing interest towards boy baby and killing girl baby in many ways hence why the Indian government banned the gender reveal until the baby is born even after they are still killing girl babjes in some villages across the country. Some has changed their killing thought after seeing the baby face. If one break the barrier the rest will follow hence why there are rules to follow and respect it.
