I love the fabric you are using for the tulips! I had no clue about the pivot on the S9. This machine is going to take me the rest of my life to figure out all the bells and whistles! You don't even want to know how long I have had it, but for a few years, I just didn't have much oomph to be sewing. I don't know how long I will be watching you before your way of saying applique translates to applique in my head. I just watched your straight stitch video and I was painting at the same time and you kept calling the bunny/rabbit a hare and since I wasn't actually watching the whole time I couldn't figure out why you kept talking about HAIR. LOL. I have now put the painting away so I can watch. Trying the points on the tulips is the same as what we should be doing with any right angle corner such as a pillow/cushion, or even a collar.
@@janomestitchclubuk I think jackrabbits are a type of rabbit. I've lived long term in two areas of thed US now and I never hear about jackrabbits where I live now, but in California I heard about jackrabbits alot.
Yes normal thread or bobbin fill in the bobbin. I use Madeira monofilament but have also used YLI and both are great. They do like to be upright on the spool pin though. Xx
Hallo from Denmark. Do you want to post a link on the thin White thread? Thank you very much for a really good an inspired TH-cam Channel. I have learned a lot from your videoes. Sorry for my bad English. I understand almost everything you’re saying, but i am a bit rusty in writing. 😊

As usual you have inspired me to try something new. Which brand of monofilament do you recommend and did you use normal thread in the bobbin.
