Very good! I was trying to connect my keyboard for several days and it didn't work just for that detail, I was putting the adapter on the keyboard instead of putting it on the phone! It was just reversing as you said and it worked 100%.

The whole idea with this piano is app connectivity. Why on earth does Casio not supply this cable with the piano.

Hi, I have a cts200. My phone (usb c) doesn't sense the keyboard using chordana app.
But I connected my mother's phone (micro usb) and the app worked.
What could be the problem?
Hello my dear friend,
First make sure that your phone does support the application, and the application is (Chordana play) Not (Chordana play for piano) , also use original cable/adaptor.
second;
Option A: make sure to connect USB cable A (MALE) - micro B (MALE) to your piano keyboard, then plug it into USB A (Female) - Type C adaptor/Cable then to your phone, in this sequence.
Option B: Use single Caple USB cable C (male) - micro B (male)
My friend follow the instruction here in (web.casio.com/app/en/play/support/connect.pdf) in the same arrangement.
If you did like this then either your adaptor/Cable are not original or your phone does not support the application

I can connect my moto x4 (usb c) to my mother's xiaomi (micro usb) with micro-usb to usb A adapter on the xiaomi side.
It says "moto x4 connected" in the chordana play app in the xiaomi device and "usb peripheral device connected" in the xiaomi's chordana app.
The opposite connection doesn't work.
Im not sure if this has something to do with some problem in my phone.

@@heat4319389 I tried all combinations of all possible connections. still didn't work
I made one discovery though. When I connect my phone to another android phone and open the chordana play app, it says "peripheral device connected". Meaning the phone sensed the device.
In the notification, I can access the options for USB preferences (No File trfr, MIDI, PTP, charging etc..) . But same is not available when I connect phone to the keyboard

I say I have an Apple ipod Touch, the same size as yours which has too small a screen to follow. Ideally, the perfect thing to do would be to then attach the ipod/iphone or Android device to a laptop pc running Windows 10 on a large 15 inch screen. Any thoughts?
