This classic 1997 Sunseeker Portofino 400, is a proper 40 foot Sunseeker from the back end of the 1990's with that famous Don Shead hull. She comes loaded with a great specification, including 8KVA generator, Webasto heating throughout the boat, including the cockpit and unusual for a UK boat, reverse cycle air conditioning. You enter this Sunseeker via a large cockpit door to a vast teak laid entertainment space. To port is dining for 8 in a huge u-shaped seating area, and a folding black Sunseeker high-low table that converts the seating to a massive sun pad. To starboard is the wet-bar with top loading drinks fridge, sink and additional storage with access to the life raft. Further aft is a locker containing shore power and engine cut-offs plus ancillary switches.
Moving forward takes you to the helm station to starboard and a navigators bench seat to port. There's a large Sunseeker emblazoned sliding smoked glass door to the saloon. Down below again is classic Sunseeker, finished in high gloss cherry wood. You will find two cabins, a large double forward and below the cockpit sole is a good size twin cabin. These both share the same heads, with an enclosed shower. Which is then en-suite to the fore cabin via a Jack-and-Jill door to the saloon, this heads then acts as a day heads.
Sharing the saloon is the galley to port with sink, ceramic two burner hob and large fridge, under the stairs. To starboard is a seating area for 8, with another high low, folding table and extremely good condition cream leather. A range of overhead cupboards take care of AC/DC power and circuit breakers plus a host of additional storage. Overall a really usable amount of space down below for when the weathers not so good, or you just want that cosy feeling below.

the light switch is below the sink. We could actually see it couple of times during the video. i must admit i did look for them myself first day.
