Thank you DANIEL for this sensitive masterpiece of "Nimrod" on this arrangement for pipe organ. I plan to use this piece as a request for my funeral. I am now 80+ years old, a retired instrumental public school music teacher (pipe organ minor). This work is so outstanding. Thank You!!

Daniel thank you so much for playing "Nimrod” which is one of my all-time favorites. Played with great skill and emotion. Fantastic!

The pace of this piece is critical and for an organ it has to be slightly slower than would be the case with a military band for example. This was played exactly right to allow the organ sounds soar around what are some lovely acoustics. And the chord changes were exactly right...
    Well played Sir.

I love the fact that Daniel, this Organist, took the time to play this wonderful music "a memory".
This is, in my opinion, "soul music" because his playing of this music is "from the heart".
    Hats off.

I am honored to have been a friend of Dr. Fred Geoghegan, Director of Music at the University of Vancouver.
'Nimrod' was Fred's signature piece and, until I discovered you a few weeks ago, had never heard
ANY other organist come close to performing this exquisite piece with his passion and love.
You're the closest I've heard and listening to your performance takes me back 40+ years to the nights we spent together.

Tom Murray on the Newberry organ at Yale has always been my go to for this piece. It is the only organ I know of that can melt reeds into strings with a smoothness that has to be heard. Tom is a master at passing from division to division like butter. Of course having an instrument with nearly 200 ranks and an intimate knowledge of same goes without saying. 😊

Loved the time taken for this. The tempo was so right for the piece.

Daniel you are definitely feeling what you are playing 👍 I've heard a lot of organists playing this. You are uniquely gifted.

Absolutly amazing! I have heard so many interpretations of this but never in a million years could I have imagined that I would find such an amazing interpretation! The resonance and reverberation are just fantastic and it always amazes me how that is achieved. Thank you for such an amazing rendition of one of the greatest works ever composed.

80 ranks is a lot of instrument that has only three manuels.

Schön, aber leider kann man dieses Stück nicht auf jeder Orgel spielen, man benötigt dafür einen Schweller.
Das hat aber nicht jede orgel.
