Hi, Thanks so much for your helpful review. I have a previous stress fracture in my lateral sesamoid and high arches and am trying to find a shoe which provides maximum stiffness to minimise flexing at the MTPs. I have previously had a paid of the Hoka Bondi and wonder which is stiffer between the Bondi and Gaviota? I also use insoles but sounds like both would be wide enough to accommodate those. Would be very grateful for your advice. Cheers, Ben
I stand and walk on my feet between ten and twelve hours a day. I discovered the bondi 8 When I had a flare up of plantar fasciitis. it was the perfect shoe for me! I don't wear any other shoes, even to church. I'm curious about the other model you are showing just to have a little bit of a variety in style. I'm scared to try it because I love the bondi 8 so much. Your thoughts?
I have 2 pairs of women's gaviota 5 shoes. I really like them for the stabilization, wide toe bed, and cushioning. I am looking for a waterproof pair and would like to get something similar to the gaviota 5. Can you recommend something? Thanks
I read subtitles... but I don't understand a lot (my english is limited but I see that is a serious channel).. for Hallux Rigidus is better Bondi or Gaviota? Thanks...
Hi James, I was recently diagnosed with fallen arch on my right foot and was recommended to purchase insoles to provide arch support for correction. I wanted to purchase a new pair of kicks overall and came across Hoka's which generally have favorable reviews on arch support. Would you recommend Hoka for this case as well? If so, and specific models I should be looking for? Thank you in advance and hope you're having a happy holidays!
I supinate especially bad on the left foot. Developed some peroneal tendonitis after buying new shoes (on which were too wide for my foot it seems). Would the Gaviota 5 be a good choice to keep peroneal tenonitis from coming back?
Just discovered your channel and really appreciate your content! Can I ask if you've treated weakness in the pinky toe muscle? When I try to press off from that side it feels so weak and strained.

Hello can you suggest me 2-3 models of shoes for the winter (goretex o similar) for people suffering from hallux rigidus.
Thank you very much!

Both could work but I have a new video dedicated to this that you might find helpful
I need a stiff rocker shoe. Can you comment on how they compare in stiffness for the forefoot?
They’re both equally stiff I think
