Provenzano was also known as "the tractor" from the way he crushed his opponents , keep in mind the epicenter of Italian Rap and music is Milan , not surely Palermo , and Johnny had to move from his home city up to the north to keep his head in the game and stay in touch with the industry , so he's hinting that even tho Palermo or the south in general got as much talent as the north , they don't have the same possibility to shine because of how deeply engrained cosa nostra is in that city , and that comes with a general low cultural level , low incomes , 0 possibilities of starting any type of career etc .
