Experience some In-Person classes with me, the University-hosted Black Lives Matter Rally, Working out, and making some food along the way! This entire statement is to educate everyone, not to be rude.
FYI, Bama Nutrition solely relies off Herbalife products - this is a MLM that has no basis on "health" and purely exists to sell products either by creating a downline of others to receive commission off, or to sell products in shops like this where they can't prove their products are as nutritious as they claim to be. The distributors will try to give a runaround on it, but it's proven with research that whatever they use in their products do not have any other benefits than others do where you don't have to support MLMs and at a MUCH LESS markup. You could legitimately get the same nutrition from protein powder, taking supplements, etc. A lot of times these shops open to recruit vulnerable people who don't know about MLMs, including young college students, stay-at-home moms, and people who don't research.
Also, you may think you're supporting a "boss babe" or a CEO, but the only thing they own is that shop space they pay rent for. They're not business owners because ALL of their product exclusively comes from Herbalife and they do all of their business steps as a distributor of Herbalife. They don't own ANYTHING other than the shop space. Just because they buy and sell the product, does not make them a business owner. They are legally considered an employee to Herbalife.

Here's their e-catalog for their products which have 9g of protein in their shake mix which is SIGNIFICANTLY LESS at MORE COST than what you can get from legitimate companies that don't rely off MLM structures. You could literally buy anything better if you just go to GNC or some other business like PEScience. For reference, the average protein shake usually has around 25-30g of protein. All of their protein and all of their supplements are marked much higher for much less. Stop supporting them!!!

Thanks for posting this! I was about to say something as well. Don’t fall for the “these are healthy drinks/meal replacements for you”. They don’t even know what ingredients are in those supplements they use to make the drinks. And of course, not a good idea to support MLMs.

they don't. sororities nowadays are trying to become more diverse - there's a long way to go for sure but your skin colour shouldn't affect you.
