I'm not even a Sone but I cried when I saw this. I believe that they are indeed legends. I'm a Blackjack but I respect SNSD for all their hardships esp. when Kpop was dominated by men in their time. They really started Girls' Generation 😭 , I mean their name fits them so well. I can empathize because I've also felt how women always had to strive to fit in and to be treated as an equal. They are the strongest female group because they sustain to be strong in front of fans and hide their true feelings and emotions specially when Jessica left. What made me a Sone was their unique sound/music & the way they can effortlessly harmonise their voices.To me all their voices sound different individually (in a good way) and then when they sing together they harmonise beautifully. SNSD (girls generation) are like sisters to each other maybe not by blood...but by heart. they have such a unique sense of humour.
And, in that time SS501 is more popular instead of BIGBANG. Can't believe, the Nation Girlgroup is the "Black Ocean" Girlgroup 2008 back then. "A star can't shine without darkness" is right. SNSD need a darkness first before they succses, the darkness make them become a stronger group, and person. Thankyou for giving our queens black ocean, it's other way to make SNSD become a queen of girlgroup and the Largest and Biggest Girlgroup in the World -Billboard. The person who just yelling, "SNSD is not a legend! ew" they're just jealous their fav can't stand on SNSD position. SNSD is the only one girlgroup that compete with popular boygroups.
These days group's fandom must be thankful, especially the girlgroup fandom, your idol debuted after Hallyu Wave, your idol accepted quickly after their debut date, you can't compare your idol to them (SNSD) cause they have way different experience, debut era, situation when debut, and quality.

I am really missing SNSD😔I agree with this video because they are the first girl group that have debuted along side many boy groups. I think that they have paved a way for other girl groups which makes the new generations of girl group to be popular now. They are the one that experienced so much up's and down's all throughout their career, unlike the new girl groups now. They have attracted so much international fans which makes it more easier for the new groups to get to much attention nowadays. On their time they don't have the interests of the international fans. Back then they do not have the best make up artist, the best mv editor/maker (whatever you call it)but they worked hard to make their image and a well defined career. For that they are LEGENDS for me. Even if the newer generations doesn't appreciate them for what they did. They are still number 1 and LEGEND!😄😊😁

What about their friendship? It's one of the things I saw that made them stand out a lot from the other girl groups. Many other girl groups are friends with one another but whenever you look at snsd members, they're hanging out, having fun, and support each other like sisters. The friendships between them are real which makes me love them so much. Most of them still talk to Jessica till this day! Not to mention snsd aren't afraid to be themselves. I fell in love with their personalities, just so dorky but they don't care what others say! FOREVER SONE
