I grew up in 2697 E. Lake of the Isles - the 2nd oldest house in that area. Definitely "uptown adjacent" - I like that phrase. I spent more time on the lake than anyone else during my 18 years there - mainly fishing. We sold the house in 1989 after I graduated from high school. Kenwood was the first "suburb" of Minneapolis as you probably know. In terms of the Cedar-Isles area - look up the recent talks on the racial covenants of Minneapolis. Pretty tragic yet fascinating also.
Just a quick suggestion, if you could put up the names of these cities and lakes etc on the video as you are saying them it would be helpful as we are not familiar with the names and can not always make out the name during the video
What about East Harriet? Big city lots, boulevard, excellent community, walkable to restaurants, right off Harriet. You missed one of the best ones! :(
What is the residential area in Minneapolis to the immediate west of Walker Arts Center? That area is gorgeous, pristine, and very high-end. The #25 metro transit route goes through it.
Thanks so much for watching, friends! Make sure you catch the Best Luxury Suburbs when that video comes out soon!!

The mentally ill liberals came up with a bunch of Indian names, feather not dot, and that's why you can't understand some of them.
I loved walking the lakes when I lived there....lake of the isles is my fav.
Did you leave the twin cities and why??
Great to see what available in my city. Thanks
Excellent 😊
Thank you (again 🙂)!!
Love the Lake of the Isles, but I think Cedar is the one for me.

I’d like your definition of luxury, cause that looks more like standard living.
It's not unless you make millions a year or want to live in someone's basement or mother in laws suite.
Drive through these areas at night and take a look inside some of these homes. You'll change your tune.

Loring Park area.
@@IdgaradLyracant It's called Kenwood. I guess and he did video on it. I live in Loring Park.
@@IdgaradLyracant Wrong, try again. West is the key word. Not east.
Mendota heights??
If you like the city life...Minneapolis St Paul was really nice. Not so much anymore. You didn't mention all the dead bodies in that lake.
😅
What?!😟
