The black turn mold bottles have the Ricketts mold with the indented base and nib (center nipple) of the 1870s-1880s ... and a specialty black turn mold beer bottle was especially made in the 1890s by a singular glass house.

George Danner Steam Brewery Rahway NJ - Hutch book 6 variants 60289AA-AF. You have 60289AA with the Hutch stopper. George Danner (1817-1884) buried in Rahway Cemetery. Charles G. Hutchinson invented and patented the Hutchinson Patent Stopper in 1879. So any George Danner Steam Brewery with a Hutch bottle stopper would be in that (1879-1884) period.

Such bottles would be most-likely made from the Glassboro, Trenton, or Millville NJ glass plant groups ... of the post-Revolution 225 glass houses in the southern New Jersey area !

Can you send me a link that shows 6 variants? The hutchbook site I have shows 3 different hutches.

@@johnlord8337 ok thanks ,i'm aware of that site. I have a couple more variants than they show. I think 9 now. They don't update there page. I tried sending them a bunch of my Rahway bottles and pictures they didn't have. I'm only missing the porter bottle they show. One day Ill find one.

@@skullbottleguy post prohibition Wilson's had embossing and labels (1930s-40s)..they also had a patented ceramic neck/stopper type top that was inserted into the bottle..see my video from the EPIC DUMP from about 2 weeks ago I video taped the bottle..

The T------ of Detroit med bottle must have been same time competitive with the S & D (Sharp & Dome) of Detroit Michigan meds.

The Curtice Bros ketchup bottle can also be one of the first. Base having no embossing is pre-1900, then Curtice was the first to demand glass maker's put on their marks for quality assurance - causing all industry to follow. So these can also be as far back as the Heinz ketchups of 1878----

Curtice Brothers first of Perfect Storm Trifecta (1) first clear glass - then competitive Heinz followed, (2) first patent design fluted ribbing ketchup 1878, then Heinz patented the 8-side in 1879 to today, (3) first blown and tooled screw top cap, then Heinz followed !!! Other ketchups with cylinder shapes also started tooled screw tops (Pride of the Farm brand ketchups).
