I love your creative bags, the easy construction and beautiful fabrics are so appealing. It’s generous of you to include the measurements for each project, thanks so much.
I love the way this bag looks. I made two of them to give as Christmas gifts to my kids teachers and filled them up with goodies and school supplies. Thanks for great video.
Made the bag this evening with faux leather and cotton. Really pleased with how it looked. Although my bosel interfacing was a nightmare when trying to apply to the vinyl, so I’d just add to the cotton before joining the pieces together next time. Need to look at other decent interfacings. Also you need 4 8x8 for the two pockets. Another one of your tutorials for another bag tomorrow….can you tell the schools are almost finishing up so it’s gifts time! 😊 Thanks Andrea
This is the bag I need to carry my work folders to and from work. It looks nice and sturdy. I've made a few of your other bags, but made them for other people 🤷🏾♀️😊
Thank you so for the tutorial...lovetge bag... ladder...ur display and the usage of the shower hook...this will be definitely useful for we beginners. I will do a bag n share the pic
Another awesome bag! I love it. Nice how the pockets are secured by the handles. Love the fabrics you used. It’s so pretty. I really love how you have decorated your ladder. Everything looks so neat and organized and easily accessible to customers. I would like to shop from the ladder!!! That would be perfect for craft fairs. Hard to miss a beautifully decorated 8 foot ladder with all those goodies attached! Happy Week 🌻🐿🌻🤗🤗🤗 XO - Pam
Sewspire Yes that will be so much fun. How long do you get to leave up your displays? What an awesome way to showcase your many talents and lots of goodies! Can’t wait to see a video of it all put together.
Thanks so much for this! I modified this a little, but it was a great base for the bag I wanted to make to attach to my carryon (I replaced one outside pocket to be a strap) and added a zipper.
Wow Amazing bag! I want to make this beautiful bag and i've just purchased some foam interfacing. Would it be possible to simply replace the fleece interfacing for foam to give it a bit more structure? Also can I make my own handles from contrasting fabric or does it have to be webbing to make it sit nice? This is just the best tutorial on youtube... thank you!!
Andrea, Absolutely love you. Thanks so much for sharing your projects with us. Love everything you make. BTW, will you be sharing little Christmas gift projects again this year?
Hi Andrea love this tutorial and also the fabric.Going to give a try . I love sewing but most of the material is not available in India, but I still keep on trying to improve on my work.
This a generously sized bag. If you choose a heavier material you can omit the interfacing / batting and craft your handles from fabric. Please let me know how it turns out.
Is that ever gorgeous! I absolutely LOVE your videos. Just one question...can I sew with 1/4” seams? I’m not good with 5/8. Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge.
Hi Andrea what a beautifully bag just love all your videos. Could I ask you how much do you sell your bags for, I keep making different bag but never know how much to sell them for. People who have brought them said I am not asking enough for them and should charge more. You and I know the time work and effort goes into making bags, but I have no business sense so I am struggling with it. I'm in the UK. Could you give me some advise. Thankyou so much for all your videos kind regards Jo 😊
Hello Jo and thank you for your kind words! When pricing your bags you will add the cost of materials and supplies + your personal fee for sewing (this could be an hourly rate or just a flat fee) to determine your sales or asking price. If you will be selling online you will add in any payment processing and listing fees to that total and charge the customer for shipping. Hope that helps you. Best of luck! Andrea
Hi Andrea, if I purchase your camera bag pattern, is the camera strap included or is that a separate purchase? I couldn’t find the pattern for the strap on your web site. Thank you!

Yes you can!
