I reported a sexual harassment I witnessed on April 29th. Foot got injured on may 9th. Took LOA on June 4 for 4 weeks under doctors orders. Came back on July 5th. Fired on July 8th because they couldn’t accommodate my restrictions for 30 days. And it’s pushing trays that the business accommodate me for 2 weeks. But they put on my separation papers “personal reasons”.
Was injured in a no fault accident during work hours...number one employee..closed door meeting with owner...told me to use my company employee insurance to save them money...he said he would deny the conversation took place if confronted..I found out from comp attorney i could be held liable..I chose to use comp..I was reduced in hours...and suddenly had constant work violations put into a "file" was finally forced to quit..after relentless harassment I refused to show up for a "disciplinary meeting" and received an email saying if I failed to show for "work" I was voluntarily quiting..this ultimatelycaused depressionloss of home and all assets..case? Post Script I was employed for 10 years..9 without a recorded incident that required disciplinary action..the 1 year was all post accident

I told my manager put steel toes on because that’s policy. Now im doing work 3 people are assign to originally on the schedule
