Gene Kelly was an icon of American Cinema. His talent and grace made him into one of the most beloved actors to ever hit the silver screen. Thanks so much for this upload, and if you have any more from the early Kennedy Center Honors, please share them with us! David B

Considering he was born in 1912 compared to some of his peers he aged incredibly well & what a great dancer he was. Sad that at the end he was unable to walk dying at 84. We'll never see stars like these again.

I definitely miss Gregory Hines. And how amazing that he used his movie Tap as an opportunity to honor other tappers from past years, instead of just showcasing himself. And who could forget White Nights!! The great Gregory Hines, there will never be another.

Thank goodness he decided to dance professionally and not play baseball. We wouldn’t have all these wonderful clips to enjoy if God didn’t help him make the decision to become a dancer.
