That is like arresting both the con man and his victim. if the guy is over age and the girl is underage then they guy needs to be punished. if they are both underage then the parents need to come up with a way to support the baby together. There is no need to arrest anybody coz they are both kids and even though they knew what they were doing they didn't fully understand the consequences of their actions. But they do need to be punished a bit. Not jai. Community service would be good. Let them work in a orphanage or somewhere that has kids every weekend for a few months.
