Hello Orinn, my agent will cost me $100 for filing my annual report.. if I'm going to file it myself I should be the organizer and my data will appear on the state database for public.
Do you recommend doing the filing myself and save he money or let the agent do this part ?

Because I live in the Philippines, Schwab brokers put me on LIQIDATION ONLY because the Philippines has lost Schwab Brokers trust. This was my work around. A foreign held LLC in Wyoming. I went with Wyoming because I thought is would be more to have a Wyoming company rather than a Delaware company. Both works.

Tip: If you have already signed up with Amazon seller central, I suggest you to email Amazon support first and take their approval before making any changes to avoid account ban or restriction.

To open a business bank account you'll need a visit to the country. I would suggest you to stay away from it unless you have someone in the USA who can help you with all of this. Majority cases like this I've seen get rejected with seller central. I have a detailed video on this topic.
If USA Amazon marketplace is open for you through India marketplace then you can easily sell in US marketplace through your India business license.
