You accent is like the most of the colonies mixed together... Canada/Aus/NZ mashup. Excellent videos, and many thanks.

Good video almost perfect. Okay so two things that you forgot to mention. - the thermostat has a rubber gasket or seal. It is more than likely that your part won’t arrive with that on. You must have it on or your part will not seal correctly and you’ll be doing everything all over again. Number two- One last thing before you attempt this- there 3 bolts on A/C unit that you must remove when putting those back in keep the 2
Bolts at the bottom loose until you set the bolt at the top of the unit- screw that in half way and then tighten the two at the bottom. Otherwise the last bolt on top will be slightly misaligned - obstructing you just enough from screwing it back in. Good luck to everyone!

Hi, thanks for the video... Was helpful. But did you have any problems with two of the bolts being way to short?
I noticed that the housing seems to be thinker than the original one so the bolts aren't long enough. Also my one came to a flat paper gasket not a rubber ring.

No bolt length problems and a rubber gasket, definitely not paper

It is a carbon filter , cost about £20 on ebay .
Turns out the water pump bolts are on very lightly - only tighten to 9NM

@@darylhatherrley5765 you may want to consider watching my alternator removal video and perhaps changing it at same time as water pump as it is 90pc the same job. Running the part number from my video on ebay its about £80 for a new alternator. So £100 for both alternator and water pump in one job.

Just a question how do you support the engine when removing the engine mount?

Ummmm, so you didn't drain the coolant at all?

The fluid had already drained out during the thermostat swap video
