Why do people still insist that this is a train? Trains run on two rails. This runs on one single bar. This is a monorail.

Still, monorail are classified as a type of train. To be a train just does not meant you need to operate on 2 rails.
Also, maglevs are maglevs. They aren't monorails. There's a difference
This is not a monorail in any way at all. It doesn't touch the tracks at any time when in motion. It floats on magnets. Therefore, it is neither a train or a monorail.
Jamesclass37 A maglev is a *type* of train, just like monorail or light rail and such. So it still classifies as a train, in the maglev subcategory.
This train was originally intended for a Maglev link between Berlin and Hamburg. At the test trials however, a train crashed into an inspection vehicle, killing many people on board as far as I know. If that wouldn't have happened, I probably could just go out and film a Maglev in regular service!

Drive the ridiculous class 47 on this track. I think we all would like to see your silly side.Also. If your going to built your own track. Look for images for what you wand to built. So you have a reference. Im good at green environment like rivers and mountains. But I suck at making an good residence district. So. Ask your fans for tips. Or just look for guides on steam.

FASTER THAN THE TGV?!? Transrapid: 505 km/h; TGV: 574 km/h!!!!
The record-holding TGV was specially modified with larger wheels and a short consist, the Maglev does not need modifications to compete. TGVs do a maximum of 320 km/h in service, the Maglev does 430 km/h in service.

There was no TS2010, the first sim from RSC/DTG was Railworks (2009), Railworks 2 (2010) and Railworks 3:Train Simulator 2012 (2011). You are probably thinking of Train*z* Simulator 2010, which is irrelevant in this context.

I get it, you don't want to say anything bad especially if you want the routes to continue coming from DTG. You just could have been a bit more tactful and less blatant about it

It would be awesome if they tried adding the yamanashi maglev to the game as that's faster than this one, but I think that the amount of tunnels would be a major bummer😶.

There’s a fact about the Eurostar the can go under the sea how they go under the sea is that they go in a tunnel
The airline is real, it's called China Eastern :D (I don't think they fly the MD-11 tho)

I think an AI which you can enable on your OWN train would be really useful! therefore you can follow it and enjoy the ride without having to concentrate on driving. NOT AI trains as you can't follow it!
As if moving your mouse up while clicking it to move the throttle bar wasn't easy enough. I think that just makes the route worse.

Liking the Maglev is one thing, but the scenery on this route is threadbare at best. I fail to see how the assets you get are worth £20.

Concorde is hardly a competitor anymore considering it hasn't flown in over a decade, anything else wins by default.

What's the frame rate you usually get? on any route on my computer, it's a slow 15fps for me.
I think the only thing maglevs might need a horn for is someone who thought the maglev track was a road!
I was not expecting to go back to the airport either!
China is the only country to have regular service maglevs AND regular service steam engine!
+MrBnsftrain My usual frames hang in-between 30 and 60, although scenery heavy areas like London termini can cause a few drops here and there.
