Thanks for the video. I I was you, I'd read the owners manual or look at the videos on Tenpoint website about the accuslide and the trigger box. You are omitting very important details.
I do have the venom X and I love it. I was watching your video. You’re trying to show people how to use it and you’re doing great. But you forgot two things. When you’re cranking it to caulk it you hear the click when you’re done you backswing it counterclockwise one time that’s it when you’re all done hunting and you need to Decock you did it right you did it correct accept when you are holding that left or right lever in with your thumb, you crank it forward, meaning clockwise till you hear the click and then you go backwards counterclockwise
Exactly…beat me to it. Leaving out two crucial steps after the string is brought back with the carriage to the ‘click’ at full draw. Not only backwind a full revolution, but the brake gear needs disengaged as well.

Thanks for the review,
I have e been looking to get my wife a cross bow,
Doesnt anyone read the owners manual? This is why stuff goes bad and the next video is “tenpoint sucks.” You must backwind after hearing the click!!!

@@usmc6157 He's a TH-camr....he doesn't need no stinkin instructions! LOL Besides...it's not his crossbow, it's nothing to him when it blows up.
You forgot one very important thing! After cooking, you are supposed to back crank it to relax the cranking system. If you don't, it will fail!
your decoking it incorrectly your gonna run into tape coil the track it too tight you need to back crank
