Charice has a magnetic presence. I think all her fans feel like they know her personally. She connects with her audience in a way I saw very few artists doing. Thanks for this great audio! It makes her sound even more unbelievable! ;]
I had the fabulous oportunity to shoot this video at The Big "E", in West Springfield Mass. on Sept. 18, 2009. Getting a front row seat was beyond my wildest dreams. My only regret was not being able to shoot her entire show. Being so close, I was constantly being watched by the "video police", got caught twice, and consider myself lucky to not only see her up-close in person, but I got two of her songs without losing my camera or getting kicked out.
Grateful for you for this, and being one of the only recordings back then! And clear in visuals and sound! I can't imagine how the experience was.. the singing And the "video police" hehe.. For sure, this voice will echo through time and space~
listening to this version and the one she did with the chipettes, it is really clear that the band tuned it too fast. she did a great effort to keep up. poor cha. i'm glad now you have better musicians...
