So, yeah... anyone who bought a Subculture palette and thought those Beautubers who slated it were being over dramatic because your palette isn't disintegrating - you might not have the same palette!

Honestly seeing as they didn't reply to your email for several days concerning the formula proves they are shadey. They probably had to reformulate after beauty gurus weren't supporting their new product. Plus Makeup Revolutions dupe was probably better. But they didn't want to do a recall and lose money... So releasing a newer formula would invalidated the gurus and get more people to buy the palette.
