We live in East Van! I highly recommend that area, it’s up and coming ♥️🤗 but Burnaby and Coquitlam are also really good neighbourhoods to live in for family 🫶

Hi 👋🏽 Is that a credit card you are using? I am also a student in BC, thats why i am asking 😇 Can you do a video of how to build up the credit score and what to avoid doing here which ruins the credit score?
Hi love! Yes, I'm using a secured credit card from NEO! It's a student friendly option but I mainly got it for it's cashabck benefits and because I do a lot of Costco shopping which only accepts Mastercard. :) For student friendly cards, this and KOHO are good ways to build credit but you can always check with your preferred bank which fits your lifestyle ❤️
What about North Van, Is it good place to live with family?
Omg, I love North Van! It’s definitely one of those neighborhoods ideal for family life and you get to be closer to nature but still have access to the urban setting. I will definitely vlog about that too, since it’s been awhile since I’ve went there 🤗♥️ thanks for reminding me!

how is it possible to get out with your dog without a leash? a few weeks ago I received a warning ticket from an officer for playing with my dog in a park, I was just throwing the ball with her !!
There’s some parks that have restrictions. Usually it would indicate if the park is an “off or on leash” park 😅 sometimes it’s the luck of the draw, and maybe you were there at the wrong place wrong time XD whereabouts were you?
