    I felt like im in a private face to face pilates class. Very detailed and no rush to go through all the routines. Session was a smooth flowy series of movements.

    Beth's stretch and core classes helped me to regain my mobility. I have degenerative discs in my lower back and lupus. I thought I would be in a wheelchair by now but I started doing short 10min Pilates classes and a year later I am able to do intermediate classes, low impact cardio, and strength training. I feel better than I have in years, I can't thank Beth enough ❤

    Very different ab workout. I love the variety. Did this after a full body workout so I really feel great now. Thank you for these wonderful classes

    In the first leg movements my right hip kept popping bring the leg down and out. Other than that, the focus in this class was great for this morning.
