So so so excited for you all. Question, what are you doing for your fur babies, cars and tools? Are you thinking about a detached garage or a carport with a covered roof from house to it? If the covered carport, add a small garage for your tools and pool. Other than that excellent...😉

This was a relaxing video, had my rice cakes & almonds (trying 2 eat more healthy snacks).. Now I don't know if it was the video was shot...... but It looked like Curtis, the ceiling upstairs was a little low 4 yur height. The colors the kids picked out was on point 👍🏽Duane, I truly loved the kitchen 4 the fact it has plenty of "CABINETS " girl look @ u & yur designer eye. Back patio/porch is AMAZING!!! God is good. Much 💗
This is awesome for y’all, but this video is giving me flashbacks not in a good way. Our home is not new construction. We purchased in April 2020 (Covid shutdown). One year later Hurricane Ida flooded our house. I was happy to get some “free” upgrades during the rebuilding process initially. Now almost a year later the house is 90-95% finished just in time for the peak of hurricane season. I love what we put together, but it has been a process. Of course y’all situation is different, so enjoy y’all new house and home!

I think beams on the outside are also to small on such a beautiful home. The one inside is bigger and good look. For curb appeal wrong size this matters. Not sure if could be fixed now instead of later. Get advice from inspector to check support in case of nasty weather. 🌧🌬🙏🏽.
Guys, the house is coming along very nicely, but all of your finished floors should have had brown butcher paper taped down, for protection. Stay strong on all you paid for. The details are everything! All the best!🌺

Your hose is beautiful and seem like you got everything you wanted in it. They are coming alone real well. Want be long now for you all to move in. Can’t wait to see it finished. I hate Ga red clay. It is so hard to clean up all the time.. It will stain everything. So I hope you are prepared for cleaning. But I am sure you have thought about all of that. My grandson's room is blue and gray.
He has gray in bathroom and blue and gray in his room. It really looks nice.
