If you decide to use Google drive I would recommend that you encrypt your sensitive files before uploading or use cryptomator which is excellent both on pc and mobile. For what it's worth I like the convenience of Google but I do use both.
I opted for Mega and Filen in terms of security and privacy. The connection is pretty fast and stable for both Cloud providers (Mega is faster). But the most important criterion is the E2EE used by Mega and Filen.
You forgot to mention that MEGA encryption is broken and allows the owner of the servers to get the encryption keys... breaking all the privacy that MEGA gives
