For hair regrowth my mom started using monoxidil years ago and her hair growth has been amazing. She went from being able to really see her scalp through her hair to not at all. Now, she's no Rapunzel, but man, what a difference! Just say'n 😁 I love your videos! You have such a great personality.

I'm in the retirement community of PebbleCreek. The estate sales here are not like the ones you take us too. Very, very overpriced. If someone bought a chair 5 years ago for $300, it is listed for $250. We also have an e group for residents and the prices for things for sale there are laughable. Thoroughly enjoy your channel! Love your casual very down to earth videos. You give me confidence in pursuing my own reselling efforts. So many reseller videos seem to talk over my limited understanding of reselling and you clearly explain the risks and that there is no guarantee on high profits. Bolos are great but consistency of selling fast and smaller profits seems like the more realistic business plan. Thanks for sharing your hard earned knowledge. Youre smart and have alot of integrity just what this world needs more of. Wish you much more sucess!
profits also can dramatically change at the end of the year once everything is said and done, like shipping materials, travel, gas, storage fees if any, cleaning supplies, wifi, rent, employee labor if any, subscription fees, cross listing extensions if any etc etc etc and the crazy part is none of these expenses include the reseller getting paid for their labor. I sell part time just to fund my thrifting addiction, though i don't make money all the time i don't lose either. I love collecting jewelry it's my passion in life and it costs me nothing.

I discovered I drive by a bin store often. One day as I drove by there was a line of people waiting for them to open. That’s what caught my attention. After some research I also found that there is a second bin store in the same town…and a Goodwill Outlet/bin store. So far I have gone to one of the bins stores Friday, Monday, Tuesday. My goal was to go on all the days to see the difference. But, I may pass on Wednesday… $1 day. I drove up that day but people loitering around the entrance looked a bit sketch to me and I left. My niece was a police officer there for some time and I know for her that crime is high. I found that these bin stores are all in less desirable neighborhoods. At least in my area. Anyway, I’ve watched several of your videos… very good information shared. Thanks!
I always avoid Wednesdays 🫣 it's not worth the couple dollars to me. I'd rather go on Tuesday and pay a few bucks more. I do like to go daily because they are always restocking ☺️ Luckily only one of our bins is in a sketchy area. The others are in relatively safer areas. Goodwill bins is a whole different animal 🤣

When you search an item note how many available at the bottom. Filter to sold and note that number at the bottom (on mobile). Take the sold number divided by the available number. Turn into a percentage and goal is over 50%! Over 100% is golden 🥰

Silly question, i have a lot of brand new sealed in box electronics. We, my husband, bought them and got put in storage and forgotten about. 1. they are in boxes already but pricey. How to ship? Bubble and bag ground advantage....box ground advantage, bubble in flat rate bubble envelope? I think i just answered that in my head. 2. I accept returns, have heard people open boxes, and put their old one in the box and return. These items are discounted, they were hiding in storage and selling for a lot. LONG question, widow brain😂. Ive sold 6 items, super new like 5 weeks. List, wait a bit so ebay doesnt think im a scammy seller, change my return policy, say hey, you break the seal its your? Authority issues, don't want to get screwed cause I'm new. Love your vibe btw!
Thank you so much for watching! Big electronics in big boxes always put them in another box to protect the original ilbox/item. As far as returns or protection from returns always capture the serial numbers. Include those pictures in your listing. You can also go as far as invisible marker on the bottom or "seal tape" that says if the seal is broken that there is no returning. Best advice is to be sure to take a lot of pictures!!! All angles and sides. Good luck! New electronics make me swoon 😂
Hi - Been following your channel for a while. I started selling in March and currently have a 100 items on average listed. I've only sold $6,500 in items so far. How many items do you typically have listed. My average sale $45.00 for the year. Biggest challenge I have is sourcing enough to consistently list. My best sourcing has been yard sales, estate sales, Savers and FB. Tried WhatNot and some other online auctions and either broke even or lost money.
You are doing GREAT! I currently have approx. 1200 items listed but will be doing a cleanout for a garage sale next month. I usually sit around 1k items due to space limitations. Just keep going and the inventory will come. Maybe start hitting sales in neighboring cities? Just a suggestion. Wishing you all the success!
Ye its easy when you have BINS in your city for returned Amazon products. But in the looser city of Las Vegas we have none. So what do we look out for? You keep saying look out of this and that. The only bins we have are carefully crafted bins (CLOTHES) is is picked over by the staff before it goes out to us.
Grab my bolo list in the description. I created that before my bins ever came into the picture. You can also see that at least half of these items are from other avenues of sourcing. I highly recommend sourcing in all the places not just bins or thrifts ECT. Garage sale, estate sales, all the thrifts you can reach etc. Wishing you success!!
