    Thank you all for your amazing comments!! For me, my nose has always been my biggest insecurity. I was in a car accident when I was younger and my nose hasn't looked the same since. I've struggled with accepting it because it wasn't the nose I was born with. If any of you feel insecure and just want someone to talk to, never hesitate to reach out via instagram dm! Love you all

    Your nose looks good in this video. I think at a certain point we all have to let go of the fantasy of perfection and having "my original nose". I am 9 days post op (had a septoplasty/rhinoplasty) and now I have a potato instead of a nose and an infection to boot--infections only happen in about 1% of cases. How lucky am I? Doctor says I am more swollen than most. Right now I want my old, small, twisted nose instead of this potato. I've already decided I will not have a second surgery--I believe it sets you on this search for perfection (and again, IT DOESN'T EXIST!). To anybody contemplating surgery: Unless you can't breathe (I did have a deviated septum and breathing issues, but can't say yet if my breathing is improved because there's still so much internal/external swelling.), or your nose looks TRULY deformed, don't do it. If you're looking to correct some imperfections, just know that they are going to be replaced by other imperfections. This surgery is so downplayed, as though it's like having a face peel or Botox and it's not. I had my surgery performed by a double board certified plastic surgeon with good online reviews and beautiful before and afters. There are NO GUARANTEES! As a friend of mine warned me, "You know what you have, you don't know what you're going to get."

It did not turn out as I expected and now I am also researching for a more experienced Dr. to evaluate my case. Noses are among the most difficult to operate on and The healing is slow and unpredictable. Unless you have a severe issue I would not recommend it to anyone. And to all those out there in a similar situation. I understand. You are Not alone.

I mean... It.s not like this surgery was invented yesterday and they have no idea what s happening!!! I am sure in this world there are so so so many casea of people that had bad experinces! • @tamousha
      @tamousha 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@a_s2557 I had an undefined fleshy tip (potato nose) i did not like to begin with and a little bump. My first surgeon removed too much cartilage on The side and The front was still too sharp. I have thin skin and with time it sank and I basically looked like a shark in profile. Also collapsed on The side disturbing my breathing. In my revision this was corrected dramatically but not smoothed out enough so it showed through my thin fair skin. The tip became highly asymmetric. And this is what I wish have corrected in The future. But there are no guarantees and its expensive! Looking back I realize i was young and insecure and wish i never touched my nose in The first place.

    Thank you for sharing, my nose was fractured a year ago due to domestic violence and it bothers me everyday because it’s not the nose I was born with. I relate to what you’re saying so much, I never had a problem with my nose before until after the fracture and my nose split open so I have a scar. I’m going to get surgery one day and I have the same fear having a completely different nose or something I don’t want. It sucks, I wish we could just have our original nose. I also have a bone that sticks out and the right side of my nose was pushed out making my nose wider and not symmetrical to the other. It’s not a huge deformity but it’s noticeable if you were to see the difference before and after. I wish the best for you and your journey, I hope this is the last time you have to deal with this ♥️ speaking from personal experience I know how hard it is to deal with

      No one would even care about how your nose looks. Listen to me... Unless it's very crooked or enormously big or very hooked or all these things together then I'm sure your nose doesn't need revisions or more surgery. It's not something I notice personally unless it's visibly deformed. I'm sure your nose isn't deformed and especially after a nose job already. You're better off learning to accept your nose than getting into that cycle of never-ending surgeries because you're never gonna be happy with the result. I'm saying all this with the best intentions.

      Hyunie Beez great!!!! Be proud of that!!! I had similar nose, had rhinoplasty done cause of big insecurity and then? Surprise! Biggest mistake ever! Who's fault? GOD KNOWS!!! Surgeon was board certified with over 20 years experince in just rhinoplasty!! So.... It s on ur luck how u gonna end up! Might be that u might have a good outcome but u might as well have a bad outcome. And it all depends on UR HUMAN BODY!! Not on the surgeon skills! I mean, ofc the chances of getting less botched are less with an experienced doctor but in the end depends also of how ur skin heals, how ur bone heals, how thick or thin ur skin is... Just months before my plastic surgery i was conplaining about my "witch nose" , guess what? I would change that in a second! I was healthy and breathing perect with that nose. Wish i was smarter.. Sooooo my advice?? Work on urself! Improve urself as a person , and try to highlight ur qualities not focusing on ur flaws. Don't take ur health for granted! U might regret it big time! Have a nice day and don t forget!! U ARE BEAUTIFUL and u MATTER!!

      @alice7193 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Soraya Sultan I think so but everyone is different, if it’s a minor change they are making with the tip aesthetic I think it’s less likely you’ll want a revision. Myself I wanted more done and it wasn’t enough the first time, and the second time I think the flares of my nostril is too concave and the middle of my nostrils I think are too long in comparison to the flare part of my nostril. The tip also isn’t as high a degree as I wanted. So these details are all factors in whether you personally are happy with each detail

I love my doctors before and after but I’m just worried that down the road I’ll need a revision not bc I don’t like how it looks but bc I’ve been reading about nasal collapse. Do you think that has to do with technique or all rhinoplasties eventually need a revision?

I also asked my doctor if he considers my nose complicated, he was so full of himself and proud, but if he would have said that because of my thick skin my result might be unpredictable and my recovery very hard probably i would have given a thought and not do it. Listen to me!! TIME WILL HEAL U!! I know how hard it is, but for this type of surgery the heaing process is very very slow!! Takes up to one year or even 2. I know how upset u are! But try to find strength!!! U will be fine one day! Either u will fix ur nose again with revision and be happy either in the end it will turn out good and u gonna accept it! Be strong! I have been in ur shoes!

      @@jammiejo185 thank you so much you are so sweet this is the first time I feel someone understands ... I'm 12weeks post operation now and trying my best to stay strong. I too wish my doctor wasn't as proud, he made me feel so confident in having the nosejob only to be smashed after because of the shock..they should not do that, it's like taking someone to the top of a high building then pushing them from the rooftop...if it was meant for them to fall it would have been better if you let them fall from 1st floor than take them to the rooftop and let them fall from there!!!

The skin wouldn't close together and wouldn't heal. so the scar look so horrible if it dries with open wide scar. one month and I am still having blood on the scar. it doesn't seem to connect properly.

    You never provided a photo of before breaking your nose the first time, so Im not sure how big or small your unbroken nose was. After the second breakage at 2:10 it looks a bit bad but then you still had bruising its normal you JUST broke your nose, At 5:12 it looks healed and not deformed, that's a natural nose (natural doesn't always equal attractive) Plastic surgery provides improvement only and not flawlessness, nor is it a time machine, a surgeon cannot give you the exact same nose you had before breaking it, and predict exactly how your bone/skin etc will heal. They are just as responsible for how your nose looks as you are for breaking it (makes sense?) My advice to you: move on. Harder said than done, I know, especially when someone sounds like they would rather be dead than admit proudly they had surgery to make their nose more attractive. Enjoy your life stop stressing over this, you look great in this video as well as the next one (4th surgery), be very careful with a 5Th surgery , there's just so much a nose can take, I don't think want to deal with yet another "bad" outcome.
    And remember sometimes the enemy of good is better.

    II know you hear it a lot and it starts to sound like words that mean nothing but you are beautiful and I don’t mean that as the dumb things people say with heart emojis. I am so happy I watched your video because it has helped me get grounded and I hope you do the same. People turn beauty into cliches but I get the feeling you will get over these bad doctors and fly above this.
