Can you please make a video giving your opinion and comparing the new MLS and USL academy leagues. The USL academy league looks really interesting and it's pretty unique so I would be interested to hear your opinion.
This video is literally perfect for me. I've been following your channel for years and I am moving from Scotland to the US for college soccer this Aug.
The grades and being happy are really effecting me right know. I have a 3.9 gpa but don’t feel happy. Now that I pay more attention to soccer and track practice I have a 3.5 gpa. Thank you man.
Matt we all do really appreciate you seriously. I myself am looking forward to my collegiate career and have aspirations to play professionally and I look to follow in your footsteps. I’ve started a TH-cam channel and Instagram page showcasing what I can do and getting any publicity I can and you are an inspiration. My way of getting motivated to work every day is literally just watching become elite videos and listening to your podcasts. Thank you so much Matt.
Thanks Matt 🙏 you helped a lot with advice going into freshman year, (Im still in middle school though). I think you should do a podcast about deliberate practice and getting into flow state.
Loved the video I liked how you talked about how your emphasis on different aspects of being a college athlete shifted over the years and about maintaining that balance. It would be dope if you do a video on your route from Davis to playing Pro and the whole dropping out process
Love listening to these pods during my workouts. I'm playing collegiately right now so this one really resonates with me and I'll be taking a lot of the tips you give. Keep it up man
This summer I decided to do 10,000 juggles a day or 1,000,000 the summer. I’m am now at 390k and it’s helping me in ways I can’t imagine. It’s helped my chipping ability and accuracy, my reaction timing, and even shooting . I highly recommend it, it has benefits you’ll never think of.
Can you go more in depth about how to go from college to pro? For ex. How to contact pro coaches. If you have already made a video on this you can lead me to it.
You kind of did during the how to get recruited podcast, but could you do a podcast with advice for high schoolers and sort of the best timeline to do things to set yourself up to be successful for college
I still have a lot of time till college but I have this question: What if a player wants to just attend college and not play for the college team BUT play in a non college team? How hard would that be compared to college soccer?
Because of Coronavirus the university football camps have been cancelled so now wondering how I'm going to showcase myself to the coach and team before the season (hopefully) restarts.. Maybe I give the coach a call to address my concern? I'd hate to not make the squad as a freshman.
Podcast with Ernest Bawa from Right to Dream. Search him up. He's going to UNC from the Taft School. Baller! He has Senior year highlights on his channel.
Hey matt im going to be a sophomore at my D2 college. Im thinking about walking on at a D1. Would u recommend leaving the d2 level and walking on at a d1
What’s your opinion about the MLS draft? Could it be something realistic to pursue? Because I feel like because the MLS tries to copy other sports, they put the draft but maybe it doesn’t work as well, bottom line, is the draft something to really aim to?
Hey guys id like you to let me know some stuff im 15 in September of 2021 ill be starting college im from the uk and im thinking about joining a education/football program instead to boost my career wanting to make it pro id like anyone in the comments to leave me their opinion on this

Would you rather play a major role in a D2 collage in a really strong conference or a smaller role in D1 collage?
