Thank you! I would say the r3 unduped would be the way to go. I’ll take the extra stats, even though the sig adds to damage I would imagine a 6* rank 3 has more damage overall. I used unawakened r3 in season 30 and all the utility is there.

The rupture burst thing is kinda annoying because in order to deal massive damage you must have debuffs on his opponents but every time they gain a bar of power all the rupture debuffs completely disappears. That’s why he needs his sig ability but still he is a good champion. Especially in wars against bosses.

I managed to get him super early on (like my 15th 5 star) and the thing is not only is this guy amazing, he is actually super fun to play with which is arguably as important.
So does he need his awakened ability. Is it must or is it only for increase damage bcoz I don't think his ability has any effect on his utility. Just got him as a 6 star, debating on taking him to r2 but not sure where would I use him outside aw
Utility wise it doesn’t do much. More damage from the refreshed ruptures. But also increased combat power rate when wither is up, meaning you can build back to sp2 faster. That part of it is arguably even better than the damage (and leads to more damage as well)

If it’s between those two I would probably awaken sp2099 if you have some stones you can use. If you haven’t done abyss though, awakened torch is nice for that. Sp99 gets more damage and more combat power during wither with the dupe, but it’s more noticeable at higher sig
Hi. I just pulled a 5* Void today and have multiple AG and enough stones to max him out. But before I pull the trigger, let me tell you more. I am trying to get to TB. Currently on the Mordo boss 6.2.5. I also have Red Guardian, Spider-Man 2099, and Mr. Negative. I’ve heard that there is a lot of crossover with these champs, but also each has their own uniqueness. But one thing they all have in common for sure is the need for max signature stones. So I need to decide which champ is going to be the most useful to get me to TB. Since you seem to be the master of 2099, could you please give me some advice as to who I should invest in? I’d appreciate it.
I would say for sure S99 and Mr Neg are both significantly better than Red Guardian. As for the two of them, it’s a tough call. I think overall sp2099 is better, but Negs additionally has the degen countering ability, and also CAN proc buffs and fuel his light energy with them while not feeding MD, etc, while sp2099 just doesn’t proc buffs. So it’s a bit of preference, I think Negs can do more damage off the sp2, but requires more skilled play. If you end up with Anti Venom his synergy for sp2099 is bonkers so would think that could also skew toward sp2099. Against that Mordo, I think I would feel more comfortable with sp2099. You’ll never trigger spite even by accident and if you make it to a sp2 you can keep the wither up for a lot of the fight I would imagine. I think the fight has hurt locker and sp2099 works well doing alternating sp1 and sp2, if you can get there without messing up special delivery as well

Or was he not mentioned because he’s not worth investing into anymore? So many people love Void and keep telling others to max him out, but I don’t know how relevant he is anymore because of all these new utility champs coming out lately. Between S99 an Mr. Neg, based on what you said about skilled playing, makes me choose S99, because I get flustered under pressure and I know I’ll mess something up. Lol. The only thing that I like about Red Guardian with my limited knowledge of him, is how he compliments my 6* OG Abomination. He’s supposed to be a cheat code or cheese for certain areas of the game. Anyway, so now it’s down to Void or S99 to see who gets all my signature stones. You are the tie breaker. Lol.
@@TheNordicHunter haha nice. Well void is quite good, especially because of all the options you mentioned he can shut down healing as well (not needed for Mordo, but comes in handy elsewhere). It would be a really tough call and one I don’t want to be the tie breaker for haha. I used void back in the day for Mordo 6.2.5 but will say it takes a little finesse to setup and then lots of idling and being passive. However sp2099 is probably fine at low sig honestly, so you might consider ranking both eventually but sigging void because he benefits more from the sigs.

Then I think I will put everything into Void and just awaken S99 and feed sigs as I get them. If I don’t have the skills for S99 either, then maybe I can use Symbiote Supreme on Mordo? They do different things - spam is pretty awesome imo! In some ways he does more damage and more easily, s99 takes a bit of messing with to get to all work together but has incredible utility

Definitely - the sig is huge and also if low sig the scorpion synergy now helps
