Her ramp up is longer, but where she shines is not only with SP2 damage, but reverse healing. Mephisto and Mr Sinister can’t heal when she is awakened and this is especially true with Nick Fury who instead of healing when he turns into real Nick fury, he takes damage and dies. As well while her ranking may be long, the damage you will get from it is insane
her ramp up is quicker if you only use the SP1 when the opponent is less than 25% above a bar of power. that way they are brought back below a bar of power by the first hit of the SP1, allowing you to gain more charges per SP1

No, but she gains a great heal block when she is duped. Which will stop Nick fury from healing and is very useful on defense.
