Around 30yrs ago I would clean a very prestigious elderly lady's home. She was quiet, kind and modest. She wrote books on Mozart and would kindly play for me on her grand piano whilst cleaning, afterwards we would drink Earl Grey tea from her bone china cups. Her house used to be a ballet school with original park flooring everywhere and her long open lounge looked over an enchanted garden through large glass windows. My parents were factory workers so I didn't grow up with classical music but his lady introduced me to it and have loved and listened to it ever since. Her name was Catherine Thomson, to whom I will always be grateful. Much of this music here takes me straight back, thank you.

Ambiente perfecto para estudiar, la verdad me hubiera gustado haber estudiado en un castillo tipo medieval con su mística ambiente frio, pero esta música me hace sentir allí, excelente trabajo.
Huuum, wonderful playlist once again ! Since Dark Academia classical music is sharing (the first, several days ago) I listen in loop, I love sooooooooo much ! I love the mysterious atmosphere... I love the first piece, Orfeo ed Euridice. For those who have a history of classical education, the mythology behind these two’s story is tragic yet beautiful.
I was feeling unusually depressed, and the music makes me feel understood and less alone. It's the first time I click to listen to one of these "dark" themed music. I'm glad I did. Thank you for the video.
i was introduced to the classics as a young child, i dont mean to blow my horn, but the classics helped me to be more crearive and develop a love of the arts.

As huge Dark Academia lovers ourselves it is a great pleasure and satisfaction to know that you share our passion and love this playlist so much, thank you! 🖤✨
The first masterpiece stirred so many emotions in my heart...I just woke up and clicked on this and the tunes fell out. ...and I felt suddenly I am in the most beautiful place in the world. It also made me a bit teary but with a feeling of happiness that such tunes exist that make me feel "alive to feel everything" from inside. ------ loads of love.....🇮🇳

Thank you Halidon. I used to think that there's only so much you can do to diversify a study music playlist, but I was proven wrong. Your selection is amazing, imaginative and so visual.
Thank you for compiling these beautiful 🎼🎶 pieces of music. I really appreciate it. One more thing that I wanna let you know is that besides always-the-best selection of music, I thank for your providing music titles and track time list (time-coded) as always. POV: When you fell down the rusty stairs, instead of dying, everything became dark, you walked stretching out your hands "I´m blind, I´m blind" you thought walking, stumbling, reaching out to something you couldn´t see; the air smelled different, and suddenly a presence, a hint of grass, dust and flowers from her dress. She touched your hand, while the darkness gave in to a dim noon light. You were not blind, nor dead, you weren´t sleeping neither were you in that old church anymore. A castle rose afar, and before you those eyes, that nose, her hair flowing, announcing a storm; she is real, she is here, the woman from another time you had been dreaming of, welcoming you at the place you now call home.
@@HALIDONMUSIC Suddenly you awake, the woman is gone, all you hear now is the obnoxious buzzing of fluorescent lights. Your head is pounding, the carpet is wet, and that yellow wallpaper is painful to look at. Something makes a noise, it is approaching swiftly.

this a wonderful playlist. all songs fit together perfectly creating an interesting atmosphere. now i can be less stressed whilst i am stressed. thank you
Thank you very much Sara, we're delighted to hear you enjoy the vibes and the tracks of our playlist! 😍 What did you think of the first one we posted a while ago? 👉 th-cam.com/video/XGC80iRS7tw/w-d-xo.html
AGREED.
This music just transferred my kitchen into a medieval castle's study and I love it.
Medieval not for sure. The Piano was invented around the 1700AD. Even if you stretch the medieval period thats a few hundred years later.
@@marsovac nerd, he's just saying it feels medieval.
im a writer and i therefore am frequently listening to new playlists, trying to find one i really like .. but no channel does it like this one. i like these playlists cause they sound so nice but they wont take your focus off of whatever you're doing, its perfect
Your comment literally made our day axokat, thank you _so much!_ Our dear Mia puts a lot of love and care into selecting the pieces for our playlists and she'll be delighted to hear that you appreciate her work 🙏

Погружение в мир классической музыки, утонченных чувств и возвышенных мыслей... HALODONMUSIC, вы -- лучшие!!!
Вы очень добрая Мирослава, спасибо, что слушаете наши плейлисты и за вашу поддержку!
I love how the videos on this channel are sequenced for each and every song with title. I appreciate that so much. Thank you!!
Thank you Sonea, it's a pleasure for us! We want to make the beauty of classical music accessible to everyone and that's why we always list the works, so our listeners can always know which piece is currently playing in case they want to find it again in the future ❤
Can we have a moment of appreciation for the Halidon Music youtube person? You're doing an excellent job. Thank you.
I heard the first bar of Barber- Adagio for Strings and had instant tears. I haven't heard/ played that in ages...
Oh, Jessica! We wish we could hug you right now, and we do hope you enjoyed the playlist. Didn't mean to make you cry! ❤
@@HALIDONMUSIC loved literally every minute of it. This is my new go to study music!
Ambiente perfecto para estudiar, la verdad me hubiera gustado haber estudiado en un castillo tipo medieval con su mística ambiente frio, pero esta música me hace sentir allí, excelente trabajo.
i would find it somewhat difficult to .work when music such as this is gracing my mind
Huuum, wonderful playlist once again !
Since Dark Academia classical music is sharing (the first, several days ago) I listen in loop, I love sooooooooo much ! I love the mysterious atmosphere...
And now it's a second Dark Academia ! Halidonmusic, you made my day ! And it arrives at the same time as the sun starts to shine again outside, which is good timing!
Thanks A LOT !
We're really enjoying making these, Manon, and the support means a lot! Thank you as always 🥰🙏
I am not even kidding, this exact playlist accompanied me through ALL of my exams. Aced them all, so thank you very much for making it possible❤❤❤❤.
That's amazing, we're proud of you! Thank you for coming back to this playlist to study, it's thrilling to know that our music helped you concentrate ❤️

I love how classical music makes you appreciate life more.
That's so true Jasmine! Music is general is a gift, but classical music is special (yes, we might be biased but it's still true) ✨
I love classical music. I feel like a chic person listening ☺️
Lol. You are!

i was introduced to the classics as a young child, i dont mean to blow my horn, but the classics helped me to be more crearive and develop a love of the arts.

crazy to think how it was invented as an art form only for the ultra rich to enjoy but here we are.

I don’t know if anyone will see this, but Lullaby by Alessandro Moro sounds so familiar and I can’t quite put my finger on what it sounds like. It’s been killing me for days!!!! Love this playlist ❤️❤️
I wouldn't be surprised if it was used in a movie or something, it does sound familiar to me too!
Narnia, Harry Potter, i think...
I'm so glad I found this channel! Love it!
Welcome, M Lynn! Thank you for joining us 🤗
I can honestly say this has to be my top playlist. Listening to it again (only the 3rd time ... this week) ❣️
We think we understand the feeling Allesandra, thank you for the love ❤
My favorite was Einaudi - Tu Sei (Arr. for Two Cellos) as I never heard it before :)
That's a wonderful one, we're glad you discovered it 💖 You can find the wonderful video by Mr & Mrs Cello here, if you want to check it out: th-cam.com/video/-2BUX9HaT0k/w-d-xo.html 😊
Thank you Halidon. I used to think that there's only so much you can do to diversify a study music playlist, but I was proven wrong. Your selection is amazing, imaginative and so visual.
Thank you so much, it really means a lot to us 🙏💜
Thank you for compiling these beautiful 🎼🎶 pieces of music. I really appreciate it. One more thing that I wanna let you know is that besides always-the-best selection of music, I thank for your providing music titles and track time list (time-coded) as always. They really make your channel outstanding from many other classical music channels. Of course, your channel is one of my most favorite. ❤
Thank you so much for your lovely comment, you have no idea how much we appreciate your support 💖🥰 We want to share the beauty of classical music with everyone, which is why it is very important to us that the works are always listed and time-coded.

Thank you halidon for this second playlist dark academia music
Thank you Assia! We really enjoy making these 😍🔮
POV: When you fell down the rusty stairs, instead of dying, everything became dark, you walked stretching out your hands "I´m blind, I´m blind" you thought walking, stumbling, reaching out to something you couldn´t see; the air smelled different, and suddenly a presence, a hint of grass, dust and flowers from her dress.
Please continue?! We need to know what happens next!
