FYI : The castle in this playlist is Burg Eltz. is a medieval castle nestled in the hills, located above the Moselle between Koblenz and Trier, Germany. It is still owned by a branch of the same family (the Eltz family) that lived there in the 12th century, thirty-three generations ago. It was built along a trade route that linked the Moselle River - historically one of the most important trade routes in the German Empire. The Eltz family itself is Imperial Knights since 1729, reached their greatest influence with Philipp Karl von Eltz-Kempenich, from 1732 Prince Elector and Archbishop of Mainz and German Archchancellor, making him the most noble and one of the most powerful Catholic princes north of the Alps. I cannot imagine how living in this castle in the medieval was. That would be both peaceful but also scary.
This is so interesting Augusta, thank you for sharing! We've never been to Burg Eltz but we've seen it pictured so many times and we'd definitely love to visit it someday.

@@HALIDONMUSIC I just wrote a chapter for my third novel to this playlist over the last hour. I hope my symphony of words can find a few people one day just like these musical notes found me.
Your channel is the only one that I like bc isn't just a random piano song for 5hours or songs that don't make me ''feel'' or imagine anything, it's real classical masterpieces. Thank you.
I have ADHD and your music helps me focus and calms my brain and anxiety. Thank you for creating a place where my overactive brain can find peace and rest.
I play this playlist for my 4th-grade bilingual students during writing time. Students who have yet to hear classical music of any kind. When I forget to turn it on, they will remind me. :0) Thank you!!! They really enjoy it.
I was intimidated by listening to classical music. I guess I always foolishly considered it to be "smart old people music", but when I went searching for inspiration through your well-made playlists, I uncovered a hidden fascination for these masterpieces I never knew I had. Your titles always describe the collection's mood and theme perfectly! And as a writer, this one specifically, has become like a drug to me. You are brilliant and I can't thank you enough!
Comments like yours really make our day and push us to create the best playlists we can, knowing that they can have such a significant impact on someone's life. We are genuinely so happy to know that you decided to give classical music a chance and found out how expressive, fascinating and inspiring it can be. Thank *you* !
@@HALIDONMUSIC I sincerely value the community you’ve established and am really happy to be a part of it! 🖤 You all must be very gifted and generous people to do what you do. Again, I thank you and wish you nothing but success!
dear, music for everyone. what you feel listening to anything are your own feelings, and your being comforted by them is a gift from above. embrace that.
@@HALIDONMUSIC Honestly, y'all are the greatest team. So kind, compassionate and thankful in your comments, while representing your whole team. Carefully and thoughtfully picking classical pieces and putting them together for us, and building this community of equally loving music fans!
That's incredible Richard, in 50 years of journaling you must have gathered quite the amount of stories! We're glad that our music has given you the inspiration, thank you for listening.
Wow! I've been born in 1999 and thus can only wonder what a time it was in decades before. I should really hasten interviewing my grandpas and grandma who is still alive, to keep their stories for my and future generation.

I'm in Florida right now getting thru Hurricane Ian . Not as bad as finding out that a new friend My wife and I met this summer passed away today . He lived a full life 81 . This music eases the pain a little bit .
I'm writing a new chapter for my story and I already spend my entire day staring at my screen but I still havent written anything. Not until I decided to listen to this music that I was able to slowly made some progress so thank you for this It managed to help me focus on my work.
This wonderful playlist took all of the sorrow, tiredness and melancholy from my soul that I carried for the last week and replaced with hope. Thank you. I need it so much.
I experienced the same this past week. It fills your heart, opens your mind, and soothes a broken soul. I have listened to classical music since I was in 6th q never told anyone. I had already been chastised by the "mean girls." When my true friends found out that I love this genre of music, they were not surprised. Even though it was not their style, they were intrigued by the affects it had on me. Thirty- nine years later, those friends still accept me for all my eccentricities. I am as comfortable at an opera as I am at a Def Leppard concert! I'm happy for you, my friend, let the music heal you!
I've had the magical experience to stand at the gate of this castle with my girlfriend ( wife of over 40 years) just the two us in a winters snow. These beautiful sounds are not just for writing.
It sounds like a scene out of a film, how wonderful! (And of course, the titles we give our playlists are merely suggestions and everyone is free to listen to the music for any purpose 🤗)
Liszt's Liebestraume is the best piece of the whole collection! The others are stunning, too, but Liebestraume from Liszt is too perfect! Thanks for sharing, @HALIDONMUSIC!
@@boripiano Rachaninoff, you say? I really like what I have heard of his music. Do you have any suggestions for pieces by him that I could get into? I also believe my favorite composer is J.S. Bach; I just think he was such an amazing person with an amazing range of music.
@@jtbasener8740 Oh, I do. He is popular with his concertos, etudes and preludes. You could get into two preludes for starters. They are: Rachmaninoff - Prelude in C Sharp Minor (Op. 3 No. 2) Rachmaninoff - Prelude in G Minor (Op. 23 No. 5) They are, in my opinion, his best preludes. His concertos are heavenly and so are his etudes. But these two preludes are great. Oh and about Bach, yeah, he is really, really magnificent. He is one of the origins in Polyphony. I agree with you 100%.
@@boripiano Those pieces sound amazing! I have heard Prelude in C# Minor and it gives me chills every time, but now I need to find Prelude in G Minor, among those other works you mentioned. Thank you! It is great to find so many people with such brilliant musical taste.
I love Castles. This one robed my heart and gave me ideas on building my own castle. Who cares about modernity, when constructions of the past were build for ever.
I don't know why, but this playlist made me so productive today! I had been putting off writing my assignment and I was getting dangerously close to a deadline. This helped me really focus, and at times it nearly felt like my assignment was writing itself as this lovely music was playing in the background. Thank you for sharing this!
I had this playlist playing 24/7 during the first six weeks of my sons life. Now this playlist serves as a time portal to those memorable weeks of Our life. Thank you for making this, its a very beautiful playlist.
You have no idea how happy your comment made us: knowing that our playlist is associated to such a special and magical time in your life means the world to us, thank you 🤍 All the best to you and your son!
After reading some comments I felt like the seed fell down to my heart to get inspired from each other. I'm living my worst days ever recently. It's grateful to see there is still hope to share your part of the puzzle with the world. New stories defeat old paradigms. To say "I lived" let's continue to write our new stories.
Music for Writing! Perfect. I would like, if I may, to use this forum to thank the unsung heroes in a young musicians’ life … the high school music teachers. Someone recently posted pictures of our high school music trips on the county webpage. There were pictures of a sunburned Mr. C (wind classes, concert band and choir) and Mr. B. Jr. (strings, orchestra) both taking well deserved naps. (Mr. B. Jr taught my brother and I while Mr. B. Sr. taught my mother … we all played Bass Violin). Although you get “paid” to teach music classes and run a rehearsal, you definitely went beyond in preparations for the Kiwanis and International Music Festivals, and not just rehearsals. Taking 90 teenagers to Jamaica must have been a logistical nightmare, but we never noticed. Thank you for your time. Thank you for leaving your own families to take us to Florida, Jamaica, Boston, New York, Scotland (I only went to Jamaica and Boston). Even now these experiences and stories stay with us. I have many times told the story of our choir's gold medal performance in a little white church at the top of a hill overlooking St. Anne’s Bay, Ocho Rios. Thank you for repairing holes in the side of cellos and re-hairing bows to save money. Thank you for sharing your gifts. Thank you. 👨🏫 ❣️🇨🇦
You should listen to '' by for KING & COUNTRY. You said unsung hero and it made me think of it. It's a really great song. Written for parents, but works for anyone.

Gracias. 30-3-2022 3:33AM
"This is perfect!" My lovely daughter the writer, novelist actually, exclaimed after my sharing this with her. I, myself, am the more poetic and short storied sort when writing, as well painter and photographer, and this shall quite suit me as well. She, my daughter, also remembers my speaking of your channel and its lovely musical collections and so she decided to follow you as well. I hope all of you are having a grand and beautiful weekend, or quiet and relaxed. Sincerely, Kelly

Not going to lie, we needed somewhere safe and quiet to escape to as well when we created this playlist. We're glad to hear it brought you some comfort. We're sending all our love ❤️
I am not a writer, but it really helps to concentrate on my studies. I am an English language learner, so I am delighted to read all the comments below and find out new words. It is a double pleasure for me, listening to this exquisite playlist alongside enhancing my vocabulary. Thanks a ton for all of you do!
Thank you for your lovely comment, we're happy to hear that our playlist is helpful to you not only when you study but as a means to improve your English knowledge too 🥰
I am a fantasy writer and published author. This music has been amazing for penning my works! I have it in my writing playlist and as of writing, I'm currently typing one of the final chapters of my novella Discovery of Secrets. I've also seen your music lists (not just this one) shared by other writers in my community. Thanks so, so, so much, Halidon!!
I've had Rota - A Time for Us in my head for many many years. Every so often, months apart but still regularly, I hum the part of that melody. It's been such an earworm and yet I've never been able to find what it was. Until randomly listening to this, I heard it, and it clicked. That's the tune I've been humming for all these years. I have no idea when I heard it first, or why it stuck in my head like that, but at least now I've found it.
I've been struggling to find the motivation to write for several years now. There's always the thought of not being good enough or failing when I sit down to write, so I just don't. However, this made something spark for me. I'm an hour in right now, and I'm almost done with a rough outline of a short story I've been wanting to write for a year now. You will never know how thankful I am. I thought I had lost the ability to write. Thank you. ❤️
Ditto on all of the comments below. I am about halfway through writing a journal article on trauma and this music is very helpful, as the thoughts flow easily. So thank you, to whomever deserves credit.
Vielen herzlichen Dank HALDIONMUSIC für diese wunderschöne Musik. Es hat mir sehr gefallen und ich konnte so richtig schön entspannen. Liebe Grüße❤💫❤🙏👍🙋♀
Wow, this music is incredible. Before I'd heard this, I'd only ever just written nothing more than a shopping list. After just 10 minutes of your music I have completed writing..wait for it, "War And Peace 2.0" Thank You! I would have never known that that was all it took to write!!!!

Erik Satie Gymnopedie no 1 I love this orchestral version,a little bit lighthearted than the piano version . Both are beautiful each with their own distinctive qualities . Thank you very much guys wonderful start to a wonderful weekend God bless you all 🥰🙏🤗🎶🎶🎶
It definitely is! I agree about the orchestral version. I have never heard it until I listened to this playlist and I believe it sounds quite nice. Blessing to you, too!
That's exactly how it makes us feel too, JT! Maybe we should organise a collective writing session. Hope you're having a great weekend, thank you for listening!
I love to wait and listen here and other of your sites when I am in a contemplative mood. I love to write and listen to Classical and Soft music when the mood strikes me. My mother taught Classical Piano and the Classic Authors. She brought us three children to appreciate most all music. As she had said... " Music hath charm to soothe the Savage Beast, Crush a Stone and Split a Tree. 🙂
I was designing (writing) a health intervention yesterday until noon today. The goal of intervention is to cease smoking. But somehow while listening to this, it felt like I am doing something wrong. Do I really want to push someone to quit smoking? I enjoy my tobacco... Maybe my client enjoys it as well. Anyway, Gymnopedie 1 is just beautiful.. I think I'll have my cigarette now and play my piano a bit. Thank you Halidon, and thank you Satie for your magic.
We love his music so much and it's great to hear he's become a new favourite for you, Ellen! We featured his latest music release in this collection 😍 Did you have the chance to check out Tales of the Magic Tree and Le Grand Cahier too?
Pushing myself to write the last fifty pages of my novella by the end of the month. These classical playlist have been my creative lifeblood for about three months now. Hopefully I can finish it!
Clay could hear the sound of his heart beating rapidly as blood rushed past his ears. It was hard to pay attention to his breath when the encircling darkness devoured him entirely. The silence that came with the nighttime made his freckled skin crawl as he slid from bed. His nightmare that night was particularly chilling. Dark creatures had scraped at the floor by his ankles and threatened to swallow him whole, but he was frozen in place. He watched in horror as the long, shadowy fingers grew closer and closer to his feet. He had awoken in a dripping sweat and a throat raw from screams he didn’t remember calling. Despite the fact, the vastness of his family’s manor made his voice get lost in the halls. Since no one came to check up on him, he assumed his screams were suffocated in their echoes. Clay was merely four at the time, but that didn’t stop his father from stamping out any ideas of being frightened of ‘nightmares’. So, the little blond learned to squeeze into a space behind his bookshelf, hiding until he felt as if his bedroom was safe again. Behind his bookcase, there were no figures, no creatures, no scraping. He would peek through his books and watch as his bedside flame grew dimmer and dimmer, until nothing but a low flicker of light danced across the wall. It was at this time that he’d go back to bed, ensuring that the monsters had left. He did this every other night.
I'm not a writer. I love to paint. That means that I also create. Love this music. I have been to many castles, but I didn't know about this one. So beautiful and so romantic!!! Thank you so much.
By far the best collection of writing music I’ve found on TH-cam. The perfect balance of calming and relaxing without being overly somber. This will help me write my magnum opus for sure.

I've been listening to this playlist for a week straight! I fell in love with a boy, but I can't see him for another two years, being told that two weeks ago really broke my heart, in addition I've been studying all night for the past couple of weeks for exams (I had my Psychology and Economics exam today, in total of five ours). I can’t get Tony Bennett singing “Here” out of my head Here's the village we slowly explored one September Here's the cobblestone street you adored, I remember Here's the café where we'd sit by the hour And here is the shop where I bought you a flower And here I am all alone with a few faded pictures of you Here's the beach where the white sea birds cried, high above you Here's the rock where you held me and sighed how I love you Here is the field we saw shrouded in mist And here is the place in the woods where we kissed Though I try telling myself she is gone, she is gone You're still here Stop haunting me Tony! Shoo!
This playlist is really helping me connect to my emotions to write this essay. Over the years of doing problem-solving and dry fact analysis, my writing has grown to become very robot-like and heartless. Hi Andrea, it's a pleasure to meet another Litvinovsky enthusiast! Here at HalidonMusic we are big fans of his music and we're always happy to include him in our collections because he deserves way more recognition! What did you think of "Pelléas and Mélisande"?
The evergreen mountain that started to wither, all of that love and compassion grow numb with nothing left to excite. It all felt like nothing just voidness that cannot be filled, an absent light so in need to be sparked by something or someone. Why is it that when others can smile with all the freedom and joy they have, having the same thing as him a family, loved one and living in this oh so beautiful world. He feels nothing. The star that made him always think with wonder, imagination unbound by anything, a child like curiosity that he missed and longed for. A spark of live that had long burn turn into cinder and ash. This field of dead dreams where the land and star clashed, green and gleaming darkness, he just walks without purpose too focused on self pity and remorse for the thing he had and never have done. Familiar stream of dampness on his cheeks as he cried towards the heavens for answers asking a question that he doesn't know and understand "Do you hear me? Oh great one that started it all. The preserver of life and it's destroyer. O lord do you hear me, your servant that has left and joined you? Do you hear me O lord, great one hear me please.

Thank you so much for the background on this most intriguing looking castle.
Wow! That's so amazing that some of the descendants still live there!
Yep, a pretty place. The walk in from the parking lot provides this view.
A nice tour in a beautiful portion of Germany
I wonder how were the baths, piping and sewage in those castles.

I do what I do, trying to live like you
But I can't understand how our time messing with our mind can rearrange our passion with a touch
Feeling like a harden heart of Pharaoh
What happened to our devotion of fondness,
The warmth of goodness, where we felt like
The grace of God in the light of it all,
How can Love die and bring
Resentment to life, full of anger and such
So into this world we are born, wounded
By the Devil and torn cursed by the sight of God
Nor understanding the will of enlightenment
To bring forth our garden of fruit of knowledge
Oh Sin who are you, what's your purpose in my
Life, Adam and Eve perfect husband and wife
Emotional rollercoaster of lies narrating my mind
Condescending and unkind
What is suicide and why
I know my mind is better than that sticking to a better plan
Holy tongue beseeching the Son
Where's your lovely ego
Creating things seen and unseen
And knowing the full embodyment of the Lord
Wasn't I born in your name
You know you're heart and it's not in vain
Watching me sleep for goodness sake
Take our breath of life
And get rid of that Snake

I was intimidated by listening to classical music.

Liszt's Liebestraume is the best piece of the whole collection! The others are stunning, too, but Liebestraume from Liszt is too perfect! Thanks for sharing, @HALIDONMUSIC!
I agree that piece is amazing! Liszt was definitely a master. Is he your favorite composer?
@@jtbasener8740 My favourite Composer is Rachmaninoff, but Liszt is one of my favourites! What about you? Who is your favourite Composer?
@@boripiano Rachaninoff, you say? I really like what I have heard of his music. Do you have any suggestions for pieces by him that I could get into? I also believe my favorite composer is J.S. Bach; I just think he was such an amazing person with an amazing range of music.
@@jtbasener8740 Oh, I do. He is popular with his concertos, etudes and preludes. You could get into two preludes for starters. They are:
Rachmaninoff - Prelude in C Sharp Minor (Op. 3 No. 2)
Rachmaninoff - Prelude in G Minor (Op. 23 No. 5)
They are, in my opinion, his best preludes. His concertos are heavenly and so are his etudes. But these two preludes are great.
Oh and about Bach, yeah, he is really, really magnificent. He is one of the origins in Polyphony. I agree with you 100%.

Thank you.

Gracias. 30-3-2022 3:33AM

Oh my that's terrifying, we must protect Clay at all costs 😭

Outstanding work, Meditations with Litvinovsky always brings tears to my eyes.
0:00 - *OOh,* that's it... That's it, I am immeadiatedly in a good place, once more, and my pencil and paper lie right next to me. Thank you, Lord, for empowering and inspiring my brethren to produce and upload such a content for me. ^^ Love you!
I am currently writing a fantasy-novel (still on the 1st draft) and this music is PERFECT! Thank you for sharing this!
Same here :)
@@darkpotter7576 Good luck to both of you with your writing! I am writing children's stories, though I can't write while listening to music for some reason. I am enjoying relaxing to this music though. It's so beautiful.
i’m a poetry writer and this is GOLD.
Guys, you must let us know when your books are coming out! We would love to read them. :)
same !!
Спасибо Вам за встречу с прекрасной музыкой.С уважением и благодарностью из Беларуси.
I've been listening to this playlist for a week straight! I fell in love with a boy, but I can't see him for another two years, being told that two weeks ago really broke my heart, in addition I've been studying all night for the past couple of weeks for exams (I had my Psychology and Economics exam today, in total of five ours). Having five exams distributed between four days is extremely stressful. This playlist has relieved some of the stress and heart break I've been going through. I'm on study leave at the moment, and this playlist as been great for productivity, so thank you so much for this. It's greatly appreciated. 💛
Des œuvres magnifiques interprétées sur d autres instruments ❤🌹MERCI C EST TRES AGREABLE ❤🤗💗
This is by far the best writing music for me..i'm feeling like listening music from Band of Brothers..
I am not a writer but I am recovering from an overactive thyroid. This music is perfect to help calm and heal!
Wish you a great recovery brother!
Tales of a magic tree brought me to years! I can"t believe the composer lives among us. Latinovsky left it all in that piece.
Just sent off my manuscript to the publishers! Thank you, Halidon - this has been the most wonderful playlist during the writing process😀
Congratulations!!! God Bless!!!😇👏💪
I can’t get Tony Bennett singing “Here” out of my head
Here's the village we slowly explored one September
Here's the cobblestone street you adored, I remember
Here's the café where we'd sit by the hour
And here is the shop where I bought you a flower
And here I am all alone with a few faded pictures of you
Here's the beach where the white sea birds cried, high above you
Here's the rock where you held me and sighed how I love you
Here is the field we saw shrouded in mist
And here is the place in the woods where we kissed
Though I try telling myself she is gone, she is gone
You're still here
Stop haunting me Tony! Shoo!
i'm writing an academic paper right now, and this is perfect. thank you.
I studied ballet at an older age 32 and this is the music that we practised to.
Same in Argentina, study ballet and remember whit this music My children practice every morning .
This playlist is really helping me connect to my emotions to write this essay. Over the years of doing problem-solving and dry fact analysis, my writing has grown to become very robot-like and heartless. I can say that I have never been this immersed into writing before I listened to your playlist. Infinitely grateful.
(update: I got an A on the essay!)
Your message just made our day, thank you so much! It means a lot to know that our music selection helps you tap into your emotions more and pour them into your writing. If you'd like to check out the other parts this is our latest one 👉 th-cam.com/video/yadt5jKai2s/w-d-xo.html
This is quite relaxing to listen to. I was listening to this while writing my fantasy world's economy. This is perfect for writing stuff like that; yes, tavern songs are good, but they are quite energetic and I just cannot think straight while listening to those stuff, but this ... this is perfect.
I love this music when I write code, and the deadline is looming. It keeps me calm.
Aspiration of the soul!
I absolutely love this music! It matches peferctly with the scene...the castle, the fog, the weather... I can feel this music through my skin... Congratulations and Thank you for sharing it with us
Thank you Monica! ❤

so glad you included Litinovsky! writer here and Litinovsky fan! ❤
Hi Andrea, it's a pleasure to meet another Litvinovsky enthusiast! Here at HalidonMusic we are big fans of his music and we're always happy to include him in our collections because he deserves way more recognition! What did you think of "Pelléas and Mélisande"?
@@HALIDONMUSIC breathtaking ❤ I hadn't heard it before and was so excited to find another piece!
Familiar stream of dampness on his cheeks as he cried towards the heavens for answers asking a question that he doesn't know and understand
"Do you hear me? Oh great one that started it all. The preserver of life and it's destroyer. O lord do you hear me, your servant that has left and joined you? Do you hear me O lord, great one hear me please.

16:24 Love this track! Listened to it a dozen of times before I realized what it reminds me of! Enya - Caribbean Blue!
So good! I’m writing a book even now as I listen!
That's amazing Robert! May we ask what kind of book you're writing?
@@HALIDONMUSIC 3 book military science fiction story (I spent almost 30 years in the military).
