The # on bolt represents tensil strength.

So someone backed into my passanger side bumper and now its pushed in 3/4s of an inch and pushed out on drivers side how can i adjust it... Like can i just loosen it and push pull???

They are marked 9.8 on head im still looking, try fastenal.

PB Blaster will do as well in a pinch! I love my PB! I'm taking the front bumper off an older Chevy Astro, so here comes the rusty bolts etc
