- I never thought I’d be here-in beautiful coastal Maine property, chatting with Caleb about opening his own Ferncrest glampground. But here we are! In this video, I take you behind the scenes as we explore this 18-acre site, talk about the challenges of launching a glampground, and map out the vision for what’s coming next.
From geodomes to mini golf, saunas to blueberry fields, this place has serious potential. But with just six months to open, can we pull it off? Follow along as we plan, build, and bring this dream to life.

❤️ First, we renovated an old motel and turned it into a 5-star boutique hotel. Then, we built a glampground (Ferncrest) in the beautiful mountain town of Promised Land, PA. Now? We just opened our first Ferncrest franchise in Flint Creek, Oklahoma!

Dude is high energy!
He's ready to go!
Seems like a great project. Excited to see how it looks in season.
We will be sure to keep everyone updated! It will be awesome!
Quit talking at the same time
We're excited, thanks for watching!
Sorry to say, but their is no charm on that property....basically just an open field. No trees to create privacy between the diffrent glamp sites... a pond nearby that is probably unsuitable for swimming. Pull the plug asap
All of this is fixable. Trees can be planted, and agriculture can be planted to create privacy. As for pond, this is on an island in Maine, just down the road, is the ocean!
It's there, not their.
