Thank you my dear for this wonderful documentary. I recalled that incident very well. That period was when we have good law enforcement men and women (police) that are not biased, and they carried out that investigation very well without hesitation. I said kudos to these law enforcements.
It's a pity we seem to be going in circles and not really growing as a nation and as people. This sort of barbaric act still happens in today's Nigeria. I pray we learn and really move on from this kind of inhuman act. Let's grow for once in this country
It happens everywhere. Human trafficking for sex slavery and organ harvesting, serial killings both by psychopaths for fun and occult groups for sacrifice... You only have to search here on TH-cam to see that this is a problem even in the US.
Hello, I am extremely sorry at the vitriol you have to endure from commenters who appear to be deluded. Thank you for all the information you provided. Growing up, I heard the same stories too- and when I was old enough I researched and verified the information you’ve provided. Continue to do the good work by exposing these atrocities irrespective of tribe/ethnicity. One extremely positive note was the way in which you conveyed your report. It was engaging. There was also a point you nearly choked with tears. I felt that. Kudos!

I know this story so well. His Brother wrote to my dad so many times to beg for his life. Fortunately my dad didn’t want to be involved and his brother the minister couldn’t do anything. This stigma has lived with the family up to today

Great story telling, but u need to understand that the story, and the pictures related to the story should be more important than your smiling face all through the video
I remember this story when I was living in Nigeria. And we thought shit was bad then, these days Killings, Kidnappings and rituals are now a normal way of life in Nigeria. I'm surprised how you knew about this story; you seem way too young to be around when these happenings were going on in the 90s.

Were you even born then? anyway, thanks for the historic update.
Funny we both come from Eziama Ikeduru.... Truly this is just part of the things that haunts them till date... Uncle stone and the rest of the family still have issues till date
I am happy that these animals (yes that is what they are) were punished for their awful crimes. The unfortunate thing however is that till date 25 years after this terrible event, ritual killings are still happening in Nigeria. Many times, influential people are involved in these ritual killings. As I am concerned, ritualists don't deserve to live if they are caught. The best punishment for them is death by firing Squad as a deterrent to others planning to carry out these barbaric killings. I will gladly watch them being be convicted, sentenced tied to the stake and executed by firing Squad. I think the reason why ritualists killings continue in Nigeria till date is the lack of political will to address the issue. Many times, the poor and unknown are the victims of ritual killings. Maybe when influential politicians start losing loved ones to ritual killings, then something drastic will be done about the issue!!!! Unfortunately until then. the poor and unknown will keep being victims of ritualists.
Unfortunately those who should take decisive action against ritual killings are the ones perpetrating the evil. These devils will never allow those who have the genuine desire to tackle the evils in the society to be in position of leadership. Only God knows how Nigeria will be salvaged from the hands of our heartless politicians.
