Not to mention all those that were once directly or indirectly affected by their addiction who are now seeing those they love and care about coming through the other side. 5000 people marching on a day that wasn't the best weather wise showing a presence that recovery in Scotland is alive & well. This dance floor would have been 3-4 times the size if it hadn't' been raining 💯👍🏻 to your point about families 🫶🏻 when us as addicts recover our families, friends & communities recover as well 🙏🏻 each & every single addict has something to give back when they've recovered for today 🙏🏻👊🏻💯❤️

You’ve got the NA posse that are all still completely bonkers half of em still mad with it and then you’ve got all the other punters dragged there from services and treatment centres some still on high levels raving on a patch of grass in inner city Glezga😂. Last one I was at drugs were being sold on the dance floor and the gig stank of green the whole time. Bat shit good fun but a fkn terrible advert for recovery.

Don't know why you're so cynical??
