- Compensation of ₹100 per day on Failed UPI transaction
As per the RBI Circular dated September 20, 2019 📝
🔸During any UPI payment if the Account is debited but the beneficiary account is not credited (transfer of funds) the beneficiary bank should auto reverse the transaction latest on T + 1 day. (T = Transaction day)
✅ If this does not happen the beneficiary bank is liable to pay compensation equal to ₹100/- per day if delay is beyond T + 1 day.

Tried & got 9300 compensation for upi payment rupee 125.
Applied for uppcs in april 2022, filed issue in rbi in april 2023. Within 30 day its done 😂 Waise sbi hi tha 😅

And this problem happened to me 4 times in a month while booking tickets from IRCTC. Deducted amt. is also reversed in my account. But I am not getting the exact solution for this. Could you please help me how I can get rid of this situation

Dude i spent ₹1100 via upi and the upi app customer care told me to wait for 3 days , after 3 days i contacted my bank and they said the money will be refunded in 7 days ( i filled a complaint too for the same) and now it’s the 12th day and i got no refund . Customer care of bank asked me to file a charge back from bank.

They don't do it in PNB, I even showed them RBI notice but they said they have no such notice and I registered complaint with RBI

Nehi hota hai asa, T+1 day auto reverse keliye time hai uske bad nehi ata hai pese to complain karna hota hai jiska tat hai 5 working day , 5 working days ke undra agar complain resolve nahi hota hai to ₹100 per day hisab se fine Dena hota hai bank ku. Yah mujhe isliye pata hai ki main already kam kar raha hun iske SBI ka contact centre mai 😁
Bhai maine phone pe se ek transaction ki thi ek merchant ko 8000 rs ki na wo return aaye na merchant ko gaye Maine bank mai written complain b di aaj 10 months ho gaye na paise aaye na kuch mujhe koi fine nhi chahiye pr koi solution bata do please jis se mujhe mere paise waps mile 🙏
