It is premature for anyone to lay charges at this point since there is a very advanced private investigation conducted by several investigative journalists and newspapers. The organigram of the all the actors involved with crime, looting and corruption at Eskom (and Transnet as well) is as large as a boardroom table. It is massive. It is very complex and the investigators are still busy connecting all the dots and who is who in the crime cartels. Especially who the big chiefs are. Two cabinet ministers are allegedly involved with these 4 crime cartels operating in Mpumalanga and elsewhere.
