Keep seeing these awesome properties but that Blue voting will keep taxes and cost of living high. Do better Maine, saw a few properties there by now I could jump on all cash but won't risk my cash in a Blue State.
@@lifestyleproperties Interesting, my 3 bedroom rancher with garage on 1 acre in Maryland comes in around 2300 per year. The country I'm in undervalues property for taxes purposes though. I just assumed Maine would be less of a tax burden type of state. I'm learning more everyday.
Now this one is priced correctly as far as I'm concerned. Well done. 👏 👏👏
Thanks! 👍

The main bedroom doesn't have it's own bathroom, or did I miss that feature?
Nice, nice, nice.
Thanks!
Great looking property at a reasonable price. I don't see this lasting long.
We think you are correct. Thanks for sharing.
Is there tany industry located in town? What’s the unemployment rate in that area?
Here is a link to the town www.lincolnmaine.org/
Why isn't the garage attached in a place with bad weather?
Save money on fire insurance. It's only feet away, would be the least of my concerns.

It's a BOILER, not a furnace!
You are correct. Thanks for sharing.
Taxes seem high for rural Maine
About average for this size town.
