omg this was so frustrating since Tasteless was ahead most of the game and blew it. He needed to kill that Nexus that he let live.

This was an awesome match- plus I loved all the commentary and having both of you there for the postgame interview
This is cool, but the observation was pretty bad. We missed the Dark Archon. At the beginning of every fight the camera jumps to tasteless, so we miss the high intensity engage. It is better if we catch the action and stop looking at the units standing around. Don't cut away right as fights begin. They did catch a lot of the storm drops though, so props for that.
Man, I'm like 9 minutes in and finding it tough to watch

@@kentdetrick5865 I wasn't in charge of the camera shots though. I was just observing. I think I did a good job at catching the drops and things like that. It was actually my first time observing, the two other observers needed a break haha

That 53 hp nexus almost made me scream "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TASTELESS CLICK ON IT!" but sadly he did not. I think it would've been a GG right then and there.

Nick played good, strategy was good, army positioning was good, impressive, I didn't think he would be playing this good.
Couple other comments said it but if Tasteless killed that mineral only nexus, it's likely gg in his favor. What a shame to lose like that...victory snatched from him. O well that's how Brood War is with all the difficult mechanics there is just so much to do.

Tasteless must have felt really bad when he watched the replay and found out that if he had taken down scarlett's 3rd he would have easily won... and I mean eaaaasily, even if he somehow messed up badly with micro. he was about to be up 2 bases and about 50 psi.

Not the best play ever, but this was super entertaining. Great banter / casting here
would love to see like a 4 player match / FFA / Team style match involving Artosis / Tasteless / Scarlett / Special, Something like a FFA between the 4, then 3 2v2 with differnt team set ups (so one match is tasteless+artosis vs Scarlett+Special, then the next is Artosis + Special vs Scarlett + Tasteless, then the other is Artosis + Scarlett vs Tasteless and Special) followed by another FFA between the 4, maybe put some money up for grab or bragging rights or something...

Very impressive by Nick to have such a good game vs Scarlett. She's incredibly talented at both SC2 and Broodwar. I don't think most people realize how strong she typically plays vs majority of top foreign BW talent. Fun game to watch for sure!!!

casters are actually wrong that tasteless could have pushed up that ramp after killing those reavers. with those numbers in PVP in goon battles you cant push up the ramp without having zealots to soak some of the first shots. clear Bs all around

No you're bs. Watch and count. Tasteless had 19 goons + 1 zealot. Scarlett has 11 goons + 2 zealot. That was a big ramp, so there was no bottleneck like the ramp leading to the main base. Tasteless wins that fight with an A command, not even have to micro.

@@willywonka9785 The setup of the people was very unfortunate. But there is a multitude of people in the realm of Tasteless and even but sertainly less, Scarlet that know the game well enough for at least good commentary.
As someone who bought the game when it was fresh out and had my fair share of play, I feel confident in saying my knowledge is at least solid.
@@sandsack123 well atleast for me the best commentators are not the ones with best knowledge of the subject. Who listens to a commentator to get his precious insights? Thats just boring and would make Scan a better commentator then artosis and tasteless but hes not. And btw owning the game for a long time dosent give u deep insight of the game, for that u need to play it on high level for x amount of years.
